List of Ray Georgeson's Reviews
Dr Georgeson is a great Cardiologist located in Statesville. Caring, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.
Dr. Georgeson has been my cardiologist for over ten years. He has been unfailingly kind and professional and highly skilled. I have the utmost confidence in his judgement and know that he has my best interests at heart. He takes all of my concerns seriously and answers all my questions fully and respectfully. My chief medical issue has been atrial fibrillation. I had two ablations at Baptist Hospital and have been impressed by Dr Georgeson's close working relationship with the doctors there.
The last time I saw Dr. Georgenson, I told him I would never ever go through a chemical stress test. I told him I trusted cardiac catheterization more than a stress test where they're not looking at my heart. He told me he'd not even consider a cardiac catheterization on me even with the fact I have moderate leaks in my tricuspid, my mitral & aortic valve. I have been hospitalized twice for heart and a CT Scan showed my coronary arteries are beginning to block. So I'll guess I'll find a real Dr.
Been with Dr. Georgeson for many years now and I have no intentions of ever changing. He has always been there for me and I recommend him highly.
I had been referred to Dr. Georgeson by my regular doctor because of a potential heart problem. I saw Dr. G the next day and was put into the hospital the following day for monitoring. He was great at letting me know what was happening at each stage and his manner kept me calm and informed. I'm very satisfied.
He has a nice personality, but the followup at the office is very poor. Whether this is his fault or the office, don't know, but it's important to get accurate information - not the guess work of the staff, and to have questions answered.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
