List of Raymond Allen's Reviews
We saw Dr.Allen during our first pregnancy and he was really great. He is very caring and provides a thorough explanation of everything he is doing or of anything he finds. Now on our second pregnancy- we were sure to request appointments with only him.
Avoid the POS Dr. Raymond J. Allen. After my wife's OB noticed some issues on the ultrasound, we were sent to Georgia Perinatal Consultants. During our visit at their Kenestone Hospital location this incompetent fool, Dr. Allen, did a detailed ultasound that confirmed issues with our daughters heart. He took us in his office and proceeded to tell us that since we are past the 20 week mark we could not terminate in GA but could go out of state to terminate, with no explanation of the extent or severity of our daughters condition. Fortunately we did not take this piece of crap, unprofessional doctor's suggestion and our daughter was born and taken care of at Children's Health Care of Atlanta and is doing really well. The liberal piece of crap Dr. Allen should have his license to practice medicine revoked. I sure hope nobody has ever taken his advice to terminate their pregnancy because he doesn't even have the expertise or wisdom to tell you what solutions you can pursue to actually help your child. So DO NOT see Dr. Allen if you have to visit there office. Also, DO NOT go to the Northside Hospital location for their office because they will charge you a crazy hospital fee which can be avoided if you go to the Kenestone location in Kennesaw where you only have a co-pay.
Very knowledgeable and direct. I felt comfortable with him and the staff.
He is very knowledgeable and the way he explained and treats his patients is awesome. We visited multiple times during my wife's pregnancy and every time we were very much satisfied. I would definitely recommend him...
Dr Allen is the best knowledgeable Dr. I have ever had with exceptional bedside manners. He takes my mono/di twin pregnancy very seriously even though I don't have any major problems thanks to God. The risk factors are good enough for him to be thorough and careful. The best thing is he listens to any concerns that I have. I always leave his office feeling at ease and with all my questions answered. I drive 45 mins to an hour for my care but it is worth it! Thanks Dr. Allen!
Awesome doctor, very attentive, knowledgeable, great with his patients, remembers your issues even from a previous pregnancy, always on time with his appointments and can even fit you in if you need a last minute appointment. Have had him through 2 pregnancies and love him!
Dr. Allen was our perinatal consultant during our pregnancy. He was very caring and knowledgeable. We always felt that we were in good hands with him.
I use to dread going to prenatal appointments because I was so fearful of my high risk nature; however, Dr. Allen made it all better. He is so calm and arms you with knowledge and is a great partner along the journey. I delivered a healthy baby girl full term in 2005 after a miscarriage in 2003. My new pregnancy 2013 will be a challenge but I look forward to the team that we had in place in 2005. I'm a bit older so maybe more complications but I know Dr. Allen with give me his best advice. I am so thankful to have a Doctor that I trust and that is knowledgeable in his field, a true expert.
Dr. Allen is a great doctor! I saw him because of my high risk pregnancy with twins. We always looked forward to having our appointment with him. He answers all questions with patience and he is truthful when giving his opinion. I delivered at Northside Hospital. I was told by my OBGYN that i would deliver at 38 weeks. Dr. Allen told me that i would make it past 35 weeks and he was right!!! I delivered at 35 weeks on the mark!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
