I love Dr. Katz and her staff.. my first section I lost 9 inches just had my fourth section lost another 9 inches down a pants size down. I would recommend this place no surgery. The staff is awesome the Dr.Katz answer all concerns and questions and she have done the process herself and looks good

I have been a client for 5 months. My body has transformed with red light therapy. Dr. Katz and Jessica listen to my concerns and address them immediately. My body and skin have never looked or felt this good. Red Light is so much more than a physical therapy but a mental one too twice a week. I love that I get a text and email reminder the day before my appointments. With a busy scheduled every little reminder helps! Highly recommend this practice and therapy!

Update - Originally I had given one star because I purchased a package of sessions and beyond the communication before the first appointment I did not receive any reminders. I know that it is my responsibility to keep up with all of my appointments. However, I do depend on reminders because of how hectic my schedule can be. As a result, I'd basically lost out on right at half of my prepaid sessions. Two I missed because of a mandatory quarantine when I had to travel. The staff worked with me to figure out the issue and it turned out that I had another service that uses the same messaging system. We updated the phone number for Dr. Katz and I receive all of the messages. They allow my 5 year old to color as I get the red light treatment and they allowed me to redeem some of my "lost" sessions at no additional cost. I knew that the original meeting did not correspond to the lack of communication that I was experiencing after. I appreciate that they took the time to figure out what was wrong and to help me get back on track.

Update: after posting my review today, Dr. Katz promptly called me so that we could find find way to rectify my situation. I truly appreciate her for taking her time to hear about my experience and for her understanding. She showed me that, despite my experience, she is a very professional individual who values the integrity of her company.. For that reason, I gave the company 2 more stars. After my visit, I will reconsider my review. Very unprofessional company. I bought the special because I was curious about red light therapy and figured this would be a great way to find out what it's about. Do, covid happened and I couldn't do my initial appointment. I wasn't concerned and understood. Then I was told I'd be scheduled for a vurtual appointment instead of in person appointment for assessment. Ok, cool. But, I never got the virtual appointment. Next thing I know, I'm getting a text about another $49 offer. When I mentioned I'd already purchased one and wanted to know what had happened with redeeming that one, I was told I didn't come in for mu appointment. Come in? My in person appointment was canceled. Then I was told, yes, you didn't make your virtual appointment. Coming in and virtual are two totally different things! But, I still have the benefit of doubt. I told them that I never received any instructions on how to connect virtually nor did I receive a phone call from Dr. Katz. Then I was told I never filled out any paperwork (I did) and that I was a no show to appointment. At this point, I realized that I just had to accept that I lost $49 to these people. And I say so. Then, I received a text at 1:35am (!) I received a message saying "According to our records, you have nothing filled out and never attended your consultation." What kind of professionalism is that?! To text a (potential) client at that time of the morning about business? That let me know then that I was dealing with some shady mess. And the name of the person who sent the messages....Kat. Just fishy, fishy, fishy!

I've been on many diet programs an they work for a while then you or it falls off, but this Red light therapy is great, its give me the confidence and willingness to continue and live a healthy happy life for my family, and Dr. Katz is wonderful her staff is caring, I love everything about. I have experienced phenomenal results with Red light therapy and Dr. Katz. You know the saying the “freshman 15?” Well enter 2020 and I now call it the COVID 15! I put on almost 12lbs during the shutdown and had saddlebags that would have made a cowboy jealous. I have lost 15lbs and went from a size 8 to a size 4! I also recently had carpel tunnel release surgery and 1 session of red light therapy took my post op soreness out by 70%. I could not even grip my steering wheel or hold a pen and after one treatment I was gripping everything. My hand and wrist feel awesome. I also suffer from psoriasis and red light therapy is healing my psoriasis. My psoriasis spots no longer scale, itch, peel or bleed. I also had hair loss from battling Lyme disease several years ago and I tried everything to get my hair to start growing back. After red light therapy I have so much new hair growth. I cannot say enough about the benefits of red light therapy. Dr. Katz is truly one of the most caring and remarkable doctors you will ever meet. She stays up to date with medical therapies and she truly cares about her clients health and well-being. I also completed the 1 month wellness diet because I suffered severe gastrointestinal issues after the removal of my gallbladder 13yrs ago. I could not eat anything without suffering severe gastric pains and I was manic every single day. Everything I ate tore my stomach up. Dr. Katz explained that The 1 month diet would cleanse my system then heal it and seal it. She was absolutely correct. After 3 days on the wellness diet I no longer had gastric pain and I was able to keep food in. I was suffering severely from leaky gut syndrome after the removal of my gallbladder and my body was not receiving any nutrients from food. My gut has been cleansed, healed and sealed. I am so thankful to Dr. Katz. She gave me my life back and I have never felt better. My coloring has come back, I am sleeping better, I no longer have brain fog or headaches and I always have energy. This was not what I expected or what was advertised to me I ended up cancelling my last 4 out of 10 appointments and asked for a refund which I didn't receive or sign a no refund policy. Each procedure dealing with the red light therapy was resting under a red light then shaking it off. The doc tried to sale me some weight loss plan and Im guessing that's how she lost weight. I expressed to the nurse I signed up so i would not have to work out so much she only measured me my first visit even after I told her I wasn't seeing any loss after each session. THIS SEEMS LIKE A QUICK SCHEME TO MAKE SOME MONEY FOR DR. KATZ because i researched how its done properly and they only do the red light and shaking machine. Rip off!!!!!!
