Am not sure if this is due to understaffing or untrained new staffing but front desk and new faces are suddenly rude. You dont get seen. Went in with my son with ashma was told I could not be seen. Fair enough it was a walk in so I requested for a next day apptment and was given video appt for a child who might be wheezng. This is not the comprehensive grady i use to know. And so to be fair, if staff are overworked please give them the backup they need because the grady i have known all these years have been kind and courteous and I never minded the waiting just because of how polite and the respect they showed both in front desk and back office.

Same (sometimes) and next day appointments onky. Not Urgent Care or a Walk In Clinic.

The best medical facility I’ve attended. I usually hate going to doctors, but I love this place. It’s beautiful, modern timely and the staff is helpful and friendly. I have all wonderful doctors in one place (PC, Cardiologist, Ortho, GYN, , plus labs, sonograms, echo, Nutritionists and Behavioral Health Specialist. They make me special; feel like I have my own personal medical team. They use a wholistic approach. They communicate and work together to improve my entire well being. The doctors and staff are like my extended family who really look after me with love and personal, yet professional, care and support. They’re phenomenal.

Dr. Wagner is amazing! She was so attentive and wise. She has the experience that doesn't allow you to waste time with theories; she knows her stuff! I have finally found a physician that I want to keep!

I had a non urgent medical emergency that could not wait so I contacted Grady's advice nurse. She advises me to come in to be seen by the doctor.This location is not my normal doctors office but they had an opening so I took it. The building is spacious, light, modern and fresh. It has a lot of sleek and modern features. It has more than one waiting area with comfortable seating. Their was virtually no one in the waiting room other than myself.You can check on using a kiosk or at the front desk. They had two associates at the desk who presented a smile and was polite and cheerful.I didn't have to wait as they called me within 5 minutes. I was sent by Nurse Practitioner Tiffany Hamilton. She was very professional, acted like she cared and expressed empathy when she saw my pain and distress and advises me on what caused it and how to resolve it. She also a sent a message to my PCP to contact me for further review of my situation. I appreciated that. I couldn't walk and she got me a wheelchair to go to the lab.The lab department was professional as well drawing blood quickly with as less pain as possible. This was a great experience and I appreciated their being quick.

The doctors were outstanding... It's getting to them. The staff is rude. I can get to my doctor or a specialist at Grady downtown before I can at this facility. If I call to speak to someone in a certain division please transfer me there because everytime I tell you my issue that you demand I tell you - you still can't help me. When I have a procedure school scheduled for the next day you tell me it will be 24 hours. Uhggg

I think it could over all be a good place but i was trying to get labs done for a friend and he work on camp creek so i thought it would be more convenient for the patient he has to go back to downtown and take off work a half a day so inconvenient ....
