Reuben Sloan's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr. Sloan for two different problems that I have had over the last 10 years. Dr. Sloan is a great physician and I trust him completely with my treatments. I find him to be very detailed in his assessments and treatments. I recommend Dr. Sloan to my friends and family.

Dr. Sloan is an excellent 0rthopedic Surgeon who was able to diagnose the reason for my pain and begin an effective means of treatment. He is highly skilled and a reassuring communicator. .

I was referred to Dr. Sloan after experiencing pain in my lower back which affect my hip and there are times walking and standing can be difficult. This was my first meeting with him. He is truly an awesome doctor. He takes time to listen answers your questions and explains so you can understand. I have to also give a shoutout to his staff. They greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable.

I had an injection procedure for my back first thing this morning with Doctor Sloan and his staff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was very little waiting between each step in the process. I was in and out very quickly but not rushed.I would describe Doctor Sloan’s manner as direct and “down to business.” Some might mistake this as unfriendly but I am one that appreciates this approach. Also during the procedure Doctor Sloan gave me a ‘headsup’ as to what he was about to do BEFORE he did it. This happened for each step in the process. I am one that REALLY appreciates this type of information.I have absolutely no complaints as to my experience from today. You might ask “why only four stars?” If you’re like me and you’re looking for usable data you’ll throw out all of the 1star and 5star reviews and concentrate on the testimonials inbetween. So I’m giving a 4star review so that people will actually read about my positive experience.

How would you take it if you spent 2 hours stuck in traffic to get to your appointment calling THREE times along the way to let the office know only to be told once you’re there that he Reuben Sloan only accepts patients who are on time? Now add to that reviews by patients who were kept waiting or treated rudely. Reschedule? When youknowwhere freezes over. The very fine doctor who recommended this Ah0le will hear about this. This doctor is very rude condescending and arrogant Don’t go see him if you’ve been in a car accident as his immediate default thinking is that you’re not injured you’re just trying to get paid and he will mess up your medical records to make it seem as if you were faking or exaggerating your pain. He’s not in your body so he nor any doctor or person can connect with the pain you feel in your body. He should be reported to the medical board for his ineptness

Mr. Slone was very pleasant and explained things well. I liked him and have recomended him to several friends.

He did a great job of locating my problems and injecting the two places that were hurting. I had put off going in as I was afraid of the injecting. He explained what he was doing and why and I was surprised at how precise he was and I had very little pain from his procedure. I would highly recommend getting the treatment from him. I’ve been going to Dr. Sloan for consultation treatment and procedures epidural injections for several years and highly recommend him. He is very thorough and explains everything in as much detail including going over xray and MRI pics and reports as I am willing to hear. He’s very good at explaining complex things in a way that I can appreciate understand and act upon. His staff responds promptly to inquiries. The entire Resurgens group is quite good and Sloan is one of their best.

Very clean office rooms were nice patients were very social in the waiting room front desk staff were very nice doctors and physicians assistants were attentive
