Dr. Sturm is an outstanding surgeon with a personable and humorous personality. He fit me in his busy schedule and repaired the painful cyst on my upper back, keeping me away from a trip to the emergency room. 100 A+!

I just need to say that Dr. Sturm and his staff are exceptional. I have been going to his practice for years and have referred all friends and family. Ewa Rooney is the best at Botox, always pleased with the results, in addition her assistants, Juliette and Sonia are great and wonderful women. DR. I've been going to this doctor for 15 years--so have many of my friends. He has always been caring and attentive. I'm sorry the other person who rated him had problems. I don't think her assessment is fair at all.

I was very disappointed. I went to him with a very real skin problem that I subsequently had diagnosed correctly by two other doctors. Without really examinining me or making any of the tests that I learned were standard to diagnose my problem, he declared that I was delusional. As a result, my treatment was delayed for several days while my condition worsened. The fallout from his "diagnosis" created other problems when his judgment was made public. I was shocked and humiliated by the way he handled me and it seemed to show a total lack of either compassion or perspective. I was not seeking any controlled substance, only skin cream. Even if I were nuts, what is wrong with being kind and listening to a patient's concerns rather than ignoring them and talking as if they were not in the room? Since when is a botox doctor qualified to make a spot psychiatric diagnosis on a patient he has never spoken to? To me, that is crazy.
