If I could give a zero star I would. Very rude to my mother who has an enlarged heart pace maker and fibromyalgia. That “the reason her heart was thicker was because she is thicker” what type of insensitive insulting comment is that? She is 62 years old in chronic pain and breathing issues.

Before doing any exams or tests or receiving records from any other doctor he looked at me and said I was young and healthy and dismissed my concerns. Im not sure he even knew my age Im a lot older than I look and I feel like he just diagnosed based on my outward appearance. Reviews seem to show he does a great job with older patients but he doesnt seem to take anyone not in outwardly visible poor health seriously.

Dr Hoff has apparently sold his practice to Piedmont Hospital. I naively thought I was going to see a cardiologist on an outpatient basis because his office wasnt in a hospital. But the bill was $2408.00 for a simple echocardiogram. It would have cost me $400.00 in my internists office but I had a scheduling conflict. I had no idea that I would be gouged. Unless you just have money to give away stay away. This bill had a real impact on my family.
