Went for results for my ultrasound. Could tell he was in a hurry. Results were as he expected but they were rushed through and I was given a decision to make and was told to hold tight. No one ever came back in the room and after 15 minutes I finally asked if someone was supposed to come back and after another 10 minutes was told I was good to go. I’m a medical professional and I get the issues we are all going through but I felt a tad bit neglected and hurried through the actual appointment

Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Unfortunately, his practice (administrators) need some tightening up. They forgot to send the referral to American Health Imaging. Once I called to remind them, they did send the orders for my CT scan.

I found Dr. Patel to be thorough, precise and personable. He explained my condition & how surgery would be one of the best options available to me. Additionally, he addressed the possible complications & side effects so I could weigh them vs. the benefits. He additionally followed up with a personal phone call to discuss a subsequent question that came up. I feel very comfortable with both Dr. Rut Patel and the entire Advanced Urology practice.
