List of Sage Dental Of Midtown Atlanta's Reviews
They didn’t do my fillings correctly definitely rushed didn’t clean out the cavity before filling them. Fixed my two teeth from small chip’s two weeks later they was out and took more of my tooth with it. I called them to reverse the sage care yearly price they said ok a week later they wouldn’t pick up when I was calling during business hours until I called from another number which was answered right away. Shady business all the way around I wouldn’t recommend even if it was free.
Clean modern facility. I love Dr. Chang. She has surrounded herself with professional and kind hygienist and staff. All around positive experience. Add a star.
Convenient location..Excellence all around
It was great 👍
The staff are always professional and personable. They remember you as a patient and respond to inquiries in a timely matter.
God help anyone who comes here. I wasn’t told that a regular cleaning will take 2 appointments. Never heard of that in my life. I came here on time to just waste my time. I still can’t get a cleaning or a hold of anyone in the office. I regret coming here. Just find a provider who can do a routine cleaning in 1 day. They just care about billing your insurance for multiple visits.
This is the most unprofessional and disorganized office. They cancelled repeatedly on me and I had to hound them to finish the work they started. I had to hound them to use and bill my insurance because they told me it was a discount plan which it is NOT. I called 3 times to get my permanent crown. It has been there all along and they lied saying they had called me. They always promise to call back and never do. Both dentists I had walked out without finishing my treatment. They changed my plan at the last second to charge me more. They over charged me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
There customer service was on point. I will definitely go back there.
Everyone is very nice. No long wait time.
Update: Double check the insurance codes and payments before agreeing to anything. Sometimes mistakes are made with payments and amounts. I'm very disappointed with my visits to this dentist's office, and here is my experience with them over the past few months. First, I called a month in advance in February 2022 for a cleaning, and I specifically said I wanted a cleaning. Because I'm a new patient, the visit was not cleaning but examining how they would clean my teeth later on and improve my teeth. I was never once told that over the phone or in any emails. I had to schedule a month later for a cleaning. I was asked twice if I wanted braces during the appointment, even after saying no the first time and saying I've already had them as a child. I also left with over $800 worth of suggested things to help my teeth if I came back later. Second, I had a letter mailed informing me they were moving to a new location in Atlanta for my cleaning appointment. Before my cleaning appointment, I tried calling several times to confirm, but no one answered my calls, despite them being open. I called the main Sage Dental company number, and a representative from Sage Dental was not able to get in touch with this office as well. The representative did inform me that they did not move to a new location yet, even though they are telling their customers they did, and this has been going on for over a year. Third, I scheduled an appointment to determine if a root canal was needed on a tooth. I got a call 3 hours before the appointment to let me know a mistake had been made, and they could not make my appointment. I had to reschedule a month later. Fourth, I show up at my root canal appointment at 8:00 am. I arrived at 7:30 am because I was not sure if they had moved to a new location or not. I tried calling the day before and left a voice mail, and no one returned my call. I waited for about 20 minutes into my appointment and was told that Doctor Chang was running late. At about 9:20 am, a doctor arrived to do my appointment to determine if a root canal was needed. The procedure took less than a minute and the doctor tried to convince me that I should be feeling pain and I NEED a root canal. I never felt pain and my teeth feel fine. Lastly, I noticed the prices for the root canal procedure seemed very expensive (a little over $900). I called my dental insurance, and they informed me the prices seemed off by a lot, and something was suspicious. The dental insurance company called the office to have a predetermined treatment plan sent to the insurance company to figure out why prices were high at this dentist's office. That will be another month of waiting around. I recommend a different place if you're able to do it. Also, the address is incorrect on Google. It's actually located at 1082 Crescent Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Which is one street over than the current address.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
