I had stem cell treatment and was skeptical about it, time went by I came to realize that the treatment worked. Now, super knowledgeable and very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised about the whole stem cells treatment

I have 2 very negative things to say about my experience with Dr. Barbour from 2014, and the rest are all very good ... Outcomes: 1 star (out of 5) I came to Dr. Barbour in my 20s to get arthroscopy to repair my bilateral Femoral Acetabular Impingement. While my condition improved post-procedure, I continued to feel modest symptoms in both hips for 7 years. I sought a hip surgeon at UCSF, who did Xray and MRI and found that Dr. Barbour's technique on me was too conservative: there was still some CAM lesion on both femur heads which had re-torn (shredded, really) both my labra in the intervening 7 years. This surgeon told me revisions are needed in ~1/6 cases largely due to overly conservative osteoplasty like what Dr. Barbour did. Billing: 1 star Long story short the process of getting insurance to reimburse my bills was a total nightmare for 1 year in large part because Dr. Barbour's back office staff were incompetent. Placing several phone calls to my previous Orthopaedics surgeon and realizing I was given the run around because I was experiencing unpleasant pain in my knee after the TKR in 2018. I contacted Dr Scott Barbour 2019 long story short my complaint was valid Dr Barbour explained to me he did see some issues however he went back into my knee made some adjustments and needless to say that excruciating pain I was having back in 2018/2019 isn’t there anymore.I want to say Thank you Dr Scott Barbour for taking to time to listen to my complaints in reference to the pain I was in at that time. Thank you for your wonderful bedside manner and kudos to your staff that I had contact with during my visits with you during and after my surgery.Dr Scott Barbour 5 stars!!

This review is a bit late, but I still wanted to write one. I started coming here in December 2019 after being involved in a car accident. Everyone from the front desk to all the staff members who cared for me were incredible!!! I want to give a huge shout out to Lindsey, one of the PA's on staff. She was SO genuine, caring, sweet etc. I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for me. I ended up having another bad car accident 5 months after my first one and this location was consistent in my care. Lindsey accepted another job inside this location and I don't think she really sees patients anymore. But anyone you see will be amazing! I highly recommend this practice. You will not be sorry! :)

Dr. Linville may look like a movie star but don’t let the looks fool you. He’s a very caring, competent doctor.

I have to say this is the best doctors office I have ever been in, upon coming here I met Irene and kelsey at the front desk they where kind and informative, they worked quickly to get me ready for my appointment while also staying covid safe. My first procedure was a back injection, I was so terrified of what it would be like and what would happen but the nicest guy Albert came in and calmed me down explained the process again and assured me I'd be okay, it felt like I was talking to a friend I knew all my life. Dr. Forsythe preformed the procedure, she was amazing as well, she kept me informed and got me through it I could see so far everyone in this office was so kind. Upon my follow up I met two more of the nicest people you could meet Karen V. And Grant W. Talking to Karen was like talking to a sister I felt so comfortable and relaxed with everyone here. There where other amazing people but I don't remember their names. My point is here you are more then just a patient they really show they care, they strive to make a bad experence better (I was in an accident) so now I choose to drive over 1 and 1/2 just to come to this location. The reasoning being they treat you like a person it isn't the scary dr office and when you need something done that is a big procedure, they are so professional and caring you know you will be okay and not to stress it. Thank you all for your help

Everyone here is so helpful and takes alot of time answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Excellent staff!!!

They take care of you here. You make sure you are okay they go above and beyond.
