Ashanta & Joanne were extremely helpful accommodating, and we’re so professional… I’ve never had an experience at any other Sev location like I had with them! They even offered the package to me For the full face and I’m definitely gonna get it the next time! I just wanted to shed light on people with amazing customer service personalities when it’s due, and I do believe they went above and beyond to accommodate me!

Had my first visit today. No wait , in and out within 10-15 minutes. Friendly Staff !! They also have amazing deals when you go inside

There are a lot of options for laser hair removal, go somewhere else. I have been to SEV laser a handful of times. I have been getting laser hair removal for years and so I only need to go for touch ups 1-2x a year. I kept going to SEV because they have a great deal for full body laser ($600 -$700), which gets you about 70 minutes of laser time. Normally the service is average and I'm never been super impressed. But again, the pricing is so good. But this last time was absolutely EGREGIOUS. The laser professional (gosh I wish I would have caught her name!) only spent 40 minutes doing a full body laser appointment and then claimed to be done. (FWIW 40 minutes isn't really even enough to do full legs....). If she had just put in a good faith effort, I'd probably still keep going back for the average service, but I just can't after that. Sometimes the deal just isn't worth it!!

I had an appointment with Camila at the Lenox Ssuare location in Atlanta and she did a phenomenal job, making sure she took the time to be thorough and careful, rather than breezing through the treatment. She also is very friendly and takes her job seriously and with a kindness.

My services have always been prompt and very much in and out. Brianna and Molly are my favorite laser techs, take their time, and provide good follow-up care advice. I would recommend and good/safe for African American skin as well.

This place performs a good service but they do not know how to honor appointments so please account for this. They will penalize you for being late but have you waiting 10-20minutes past your appointment time.
