This spa is my absolute fav. Everything is so up to par from the employees to the aesthetic of the shop .always warmed welcomed and I feel so brand new everytime I leaving . It’s definitely on my monthly to do list you won’t regret it .definitely Book now if you haven’t already .

I question if this is legitimate business? They never answer the phone, their number is a Google number, the person responding in text is not administratively savvy, their system has errors when booking an appointment for a time they have set for the appointment. Response time is terrible! My whole experience has been a headache and I still did not get an opportunity to get services done due to how they run business.

So BOOM 💥 i scheduled a chemical peel service, the earliest they could get me in was a month out ( i waited patiently ), drove 45mins across town just for no one to be there. i should’ve took the “hint” that nobody was there when no one was answering my calls prior to the drive, i didn’t want to think the worst i just assume they were busy providing great services to their customers. i’ve been calling to reschedule and/or possibly be reimbursed and nobody answer or return calls… i might just have to take it as loss because first impressions is everything and poor customer service is a red flag…
