Dr M. Runs a small, seedy office. They ask for copay before services rendered. They use outdated equipment. I was not impressed.

You can't call them for follow up on anything. They are always away from their desks and they never call you back.

ZERO stars. I must have called 100 times, never reached a live person and they never call you back. How does a place make any money if they do not call you back? Came to look up how to get in touch with them and see they have horrible reviews. Good luck!

They dont return phone calls and seem not to care about their patientrs once they get your money for equipment. The staff is very unorganized andthey dont seem very knowledgable.

Cant get through to a live person. They dont return phone calls. This place was great before they got bought out last year by Northside Hospital. Now... good luck getting in or even speaking to anyone.

horrible!!! dont go here...they never answer the phone or return messages...the sleep study was a horrible experience..not a very comfortable setting..when finally got an appt to go over sleep study with dr wellman he xalled me in his office an said "well thats a crappy sleep study" and when i tod hom how bad an experience was he just rushed me out of the office within 6 minutes and said make another appt to come back for a cpap.class which took another month to get.....very unprofessional

I went here in 2007 and got set up with a CPAP breather. The experience was great. Except, now I'm trying to make a follow-up appointment and these people are super hard to reach. Cannot get a person to answer the phone. Forever voicemail!! Once you can ever get in though, it's great.

Good luck trying to reach somebody. I was referred to Dr. Abul Matin by Kaiser. It has been well over two months - I had a test and was told I needed a CPAP machine. Had and appointment Tuesday last week to pick up a machine, paid $50 for nothing more than a BP test, then was told to come back again later to pick it up. Been over a week this time. I plan on just buying a used machine on Craigslist.
