This was my first time booking an appointment with this medspa, and the place was completely closed. I didn’t receive a phone call or any email confirmation or information about any cancellation. Very disappointing. Update 3/13/25: Immediately after, I received phone calls and texts explaining the oversight. While I appreciate their efforts to remedy the situation, I chose to decline their offers. Given my initial experience and the nature of my review, I didn’t feel comfortable accepting any services—especially those involving my face—out of concern that they might act out of spite.

Loved the atmosphere, also had the best facial (Celebrity signature facial) I ever got honestly. So relaxing, my skin felt amazing and there was a noticeable difference in texture the next day. 10/10

The staff are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. The professionals were able to answer any question I had and help me decide the correct treatment for me - personally!! I will refer them to ALL of my friends!!
