Ana is now operating out of her personal home, not the address listed here. She is super sweet and experienced, and her services are very effective (hair removal specifically). However, when it came to my lower face, Ana convinced me to just "trust her." She ended up treating the entire left side of my hairline without me identifying that area as problematic and asking for that area to be treated. When I tried to alert her during treatment that it felt like she was going too far, she continued to move her device quickly along my hairline and told me not to worry because "I (Ana) have to love it more than you (client)." Because her treatments are so effective, I have experienced permanent hair reduction in those areas and now have to seriously consider hair restoration surgery to restore my hairline. She also accidentally lasered over the tattoo behind my ear causing a burn blister. I know it was an accident but it has all been quite traumatizing and has affected my self-confidence. Ana has told me she cannot provide financial compensation for her mistakes that have had permanent effects. If you are going to seek hair removal services from Ana, please stay away from the face/head.

Went back today. Wanted her to check the hair after laser. Ana did my face was looking better, my skin definitely improving. Then ... Ana, let me get your nose hairs ...

Ana is next level esthetics. Today, was my first laser treatment. Honestly, in afraid but I trust her knowledge and skill. She shaved my face. She treated the discoloration. Then, began laser treatment of the hair. Check out my Yelp reviews. More photos.

The good: Ana is an wonderful person and aesthetician who provides excellent treatments. I have seen her for facial skin care, laser hair removal and scar treatments and have been thrilled with the results. As a provider there is no one better. The not so good: as a sole practitioner, Ana manages the office, as well as scheduling and providing treatments. As noted in other reviews, with so many demands things get overlooked and that usually means callbacks and scheduling. In my experience, because Ana may be busy and does not keep Monday through Friday hours, making an appointment can be challenging. I don't have the bandwidth or motivation to make repetitive calls and wait for callbacks that never come. Although I will look for another provider with easier, more reliable scheduling, I cannot overstate the recommendation for Ana to utilize an web-based, online scheduling system for the benefit of her clients.

I am an Af. Am. entrepreneur in biz for 11 years, just 2 years away from retirement. That said, when I left a vmessage, she didn't return my call. I waited a couple weeks and called back. She immediately responds with "Where do you live? You shouldn't come here if you don't live nearby".... I have never in my Life heard of someone trying to dissuade a potential client b/c of supposed concern about where they live. When we look you up, we can all quite clearly see the address online. There was nothing warm, genuine, or altruistic about her feigned concerns. She wants a certain clientele only so be aware of that and if you aren't a certain demographic. I was blown at her tone and underlying view that as an immigrant, she can come here and profile other groups who are native. Obscenely arrogant. To answer your question Mam, I'm in Druid Hills. I can afford your crappy services but will be taking my business elsewhere. Mischael's was able to squeeze me in tomorrow afternoon. #un.pro.fession.al

Avoid this place at all costs if you are looking for a massage. They don't really know what they are doing, they are rather awkward and unprofessional. The massage started 30 minutes later than my appointment. The room was crowded with furniture and it was difficult for the masseuse to move around the table. The masseuse didn't really have good technique, I could've done better. I didn't get a full hour that i paid for, and upon checking out, i was informed that the credit card machine wasn't working. I had to walk all the way over to Bank of America to get cash and back. I would've appreciated a heads up about the card machine not working before hand. I am so disappointed and waisted $200. I bought two massages for me and my husband on our 1st anniversary and he said his massage was equally disappointing. Will never go back for any services and will warn anyone against making the same mistake i did.
