Un professional and when your dealing with you health you need professionalism. It's a shame our people can't conduct there selves in a business Etiquette mannaer. You concern about your heath seriously somewhere. They just like taking old people who insured bye the government money. Don't believe walk in ganruntee it looks like and AARP Office in the waiting room. Don't to be disrespectful I hope I get old one day but won't come here.

I would highly recommend Southside Medical Center. The staff at the Gresham location was patient with me during my appointment this morning and explained my treatment plan. Donna at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I will be returning to see Dr. Houser.

Houser is a very rude and arrogant person!!He will refuse to refill your prescription if you don't take what he wants you to take or come in when he wants you to. He gets agitated if you mention that you want to take natural herbs to see if your condition will improve before taking strong medicines. He has no problem hanging up the phone in your face! He doesn't realize that he works for us soIf you can help it, don't choose him as your Doctor.You will be sorry!!

The staff is great.. The wait is sometimes long. But most Dr office is any way.. Office is Clean.. Social distances was great.

The staff is very unresponsive. They never answer the phone . Poor customer services. The nurse and Dr. incompetent . Don’t waste your time and money.

This PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! the customer service is HORRIBLE! They go on break but doesn’t answer A PHONE CALL ! Half the time they’ll say it’s because the lines are down and that’s a lie I’ve watched them let it RING ! They don’t send your referrals out !

First time going.setting appointments is hell.I call to cancel and appointment.before I could call a make another appointment.one was made for me.now you got to stay on the phone so long to cancel a appointment you didn't make now you have to call and wait. Until. They decide to call you.3 days has past no call.appointment should not be made for you.like they no what you got planned.unnecessary stress.
