I have been a patient for over 20 years+. My exams are always very detailed and explained to me. He allows you to ask questions face to face. It is very essential that you allow time to dilate your eyes and this gives him the full picture of the health of your eyes. Back in 1998 if it had not been for Dr. W I would have not truly known I had High Cholesterol he could see it in my eyes. To this date, I am very appreciative and my Cholesterol is at a regular number that is honestly not needed for medication anymore but this medication takes care of other things too so! Trust him.

Even though Dr. Warstadt's office is closed due to Covid-19, he reached out to me immediately after I sent a message to the Contact email provided on his website. Due to the nature of my issue, it required a specialist, but Dr. Warstadt remained available for consultation, advice, and support throughout the process both via email and phone. I have gone to him for years for routine eye exams and have always received excellent care, and that care carried over to a time of urgent need during unusual circumstances. If you are considering a new doctor for your vision needs, I highly recommend Dr. Warstadt.

There's a point where I had to move back to GA and establish a trusted staff and Dr. Warstadt and his team have filled that comfortably since 2015! They work tirelessly within their capacity to provide care and solution to client base, even in these trying times of COVID-19, they have shown they can get the job done!Highly Recommended!!

Dr. Warstadt is a great doctor! However, I wish my overall experience had been better. Office staff refused to provide me with my medical records and Jessica hung up on me when I was trying to deal with my next appointment.

My family and I have had our eyes checked here numerous times with excellent results. We have seen both Dr Warstadt and Dr Patel. Both are professional and thorough. The practice runs promptly.

Doctor and staff were polite, efficient and thoroughly explained things to me. I had a very short wait time which is always a HUGE bonus when it comes to doctors' offices. I would like for them to open earlier (they don't open until 10a), but since they are attached to the mall and LensCrafters, I guess they can't.I would recommend this optometrist's office to others.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Warstadt since 2000. We appreciate his thoroughness of examination and explanation of his findings. Dr. Warstadt is keeping up with the latest knowledge and instrumentation. When the need arises he refers us to a first rate specialist. He carefully considers if it is advisable to fill the new prescription or to wait. He is kind, generous with his time, and never late. We could not trust our eyes to a better doctor of optometry.

Dr. Warstadt has been my doctor for many years, and his care has only gotten better over the years. I like the way he uses his new technologies, too.

The whole experience was great!! They even fit me on on a last minute appointment. Doctor was extremely soothing and professional.

Extremely poor customer service. Despite having been a customer for 10+ years and having an appointment I was left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour while 3 other patients with later appointments were seen. When they finally admitted that they had forgotten me - they said the Dr. couldn't see me because it was lunchtime - I would have to make another appointment. 2 hours of sick leave wasted. I won't be back.The front office staff here needs some serious training in customer care.
