Unable to resolve a billing conflict for something that was taken care (by the front desk staff the day of the visit). Item keeps appearing on invoice - I have it in writing (from front desk staff) that I would not be invoiced...that was 3 invoice cycles ago. Called a couple times - got confirmation via vm that the charge would be removed. But just got another invoice. Very frustrating.

Secretaries/front desk people at village podiatry are liars. I had an an appointment with Dr. Tuck for mu knee and when I called, they said the doctor's office visit would be $107.00 for up to 45 minutes, regardless to my insurance company and the type of coverage I had. First visit with Dr. Tuck for foot issue. Love everything about him as a podiatrist, as a person. Foot issue much better in seven days. He genuinely showed compassionate care for me, his patient. Definitely a keeper.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Tuck when he explained my options for a toe cyst. Patiently took his time explaining what caused the cyst and different treatments available, if I cared to have it removed.

Dr Tuck’s knowledge goes beyond what was wrong with my foot. I had a very rare cancerous wart on the bottom of my foot. After six months there is no sign of cancer. Thank you, Dr Tuck, you are amazing!
