Horrible. I went to the ER with a severe stomach pain. He came in didn’t introduce himself; was very cold and not comforting at all. He made me wait 2 hours for a painkiller. I was dying from the pain and all he could say was” sorry we are very busy today” meanwhile the whole nurses station was full sitting and talking and they had only few older folks. Worst experience

Did not have a good experience with Dr. Glass during an emergency visit. He was indifferent and appeared not caring patient's concerns. Prescribed an inaccurate medical inhalation without understanding patient medical history.
