Megan and her team at Summerhill Eye care go out of their way to make customers happy. I’ve had several instances where contacts weren’t quite right and they were there for me. Go here. Make her and the team there your optical choice from her on out. Worth it

I broke my glasses over the weekend and immediately went searching for a professional that has an in house lab. Megan's site was easy to navigate, I booked, went in, and everything went amazingly. I was able to get my new glasses after an eye exam less than 2 hours after leaving. She has a beautiful assortment of designer frames, and some entry level brands for every one. The space is beautiful and I will return. I also learned she's a fellow skater after leaving, so I'm even more happy to support her business.

Horrible experience from start to finish. I called the day before to make sure they took my insurance and had the insurance company call a leave a message. They certify by last 4 and have no idea card. Thinking everything was ok when I got a reminder text of my appointment. Showed up to the place and BigMama Attitude is sitting down at the desk frowning. Now we have to go through the whole certification process again and evidently she didn't like that. She tried to get me to walk out and I wish I had. They were able to find my vision plan and after the same female takes me back to do two exams at two different machines were you place your chin on the base and they look into your eye. I thought the actual doctor would of done this. I finally met Dr Li and she was professional but didn't have a referral to a real eye doctor for a growth under my eye lid. After she checks my vision with the slides and takes me out front to see some frames. She tells angry female to show me some glasses. As soon as the dr. walk off, she tells me to look around myself. I was thinking this customer service is really bad and just asked how much do I owe and can I have my prescription to get glasses elsewhere. The frowns and attitude continued until I had to ask her if she smiles and told her I would of got some glasses but you have a horrible attitude and left the place. Save the stress and unprofessional lackluster service and go to any other place. Try West End eyecare in Chamblee now.

Very nice boutique optometrist in the Summerhill area, Dr Li is very personable and professional. I felt she really had my eye health in mind and she was incredible helpful in helping me pick some new frames for my glasses.

Dr. Li helped fit me with a new pair of specialized Ortho-K contact lenses, answered all my very specific questions, and made the entire process feel very easy and stress-free. The office is modern, efficient, and welcoming, and I never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for expert eye care in Atlanta—especially for something specialized like Ortho-K lenses—this is the place to go!

I really enjoyed the experience and Dr.Lee and her team were more than kind even when i was a difficult customer. They have an amazing selection of frames. Dr. lee was also amazing at fitting me for a pair that matched my style and framed my face well. i cannot recommend this place more. The lens lab took a bit longer than i wanted but that had nothing to do with location especially since i ordered them over the holiday. bottom line, i can see and i look great. 10/10 go here.

The whole experience was incredible. Was fitted for my first pair of glasses and had an awesome annual check up. Answered all of my questions and had a very efficient but not rushed experience. Will be coming back for all future eye care apps.
