I am fortunate to have had my Tummy Tuck performed by Dr. Angelina and her team. From my initial consultation to my post-operative care, I have consistently been impressed with the entire staff at Surgicare Arts and Asthetics. I have been treated with respect and kindness throughout my entire experience. Dr. Angelina, Dr. Irena, Stacey and Christine have all made themselves available in addressing any concerns I may have. I highly recommend this practice for all your cosmetic needs!

I had very very high hopes for Dr Angelina considering Megan kept bragging about her being “triple board certified” however that is in cosmetic surgery not plastic I should have done more research on her. It’s sad the lack of professionalism and care i’m receiving. As I am typing this my sutures and stitches are dangling mid center from my boob as my stitches have already busted open and my skin is opened up about 5 inches wide, if the implant wasn’t put under the muscle the implant would have fallen out. I have been begging for Dr Angelina to call me for a week now however she is always on tik tok live I’ve caught her attention there multiple times and asked for a call and she promises someone will and then no one does, I checked tik tok the day of appointment when I was being seen by a nurse who don’t know my situation at all and Dr Angelina blocked me so I couldn’t ask her to call me. If you’re not doing anything wrong and actually care about me as a client why would you block me? Please do your research before coming here. I’ve asked for a refund or even a partial and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT. As for Megan as my “patient coordinator” she was nice at first,but when I had a attitude with her about not being called she quickly turned on me and also quickly turned on Dr tamer as well as she told me that I was botched by him and that he is being sued by another girl who had the same thing happen to me the year prior I have multiple messages of her using the laughing emoji which highly upsets me because this is no laughing matter at all. I asked Megan to speak to Dr eberbach and she refuses to allow me to speak to him. Megan is by far one of the most unprofessional medical assistant I’ve ever met. My last Dr visit I had just a couple days ago Megan tried to kick me out of the office because I was telling my mother on the phone what was going on and there was another customer in the there and Megan got really mad and tried to kick me out. It’s like she was trying to silence me. I will not be silenced these people need to be held accountable for what they have done to me! I will not stop sharing my pictures and my experiences with Dr Angelina and Dr eberbachS office I don’t want any other girl going through what I have as it is mentally emotionally and physically deteriorating my life, I cry everyday all day. Her bed side manner is palpable over the virtual platform . Her staff were so patient and kind with me and went above and beyond to find a day to schedule me in for surgery last minute when some of my circumstances changed. Stacey was a god send as she fielded all of my questions about what I would need prior to surgery, expectations post surgery, and dealing with completing my FMLA paperwork. The day before the surgery was when I met everyone live for the first time and it was evident how kind, compassionate, caring and commited to excellence everyone at the office is. I had never had surgery before and yet somehow was totally at ease both he night before and the morning of the surgery. I am so pleased with my results for both my tummy tuck and breast augmentation., Dr Angela is truly a Michaelango with the scalpel and it looks better than I could have ever imagined., After surgery, Stacy consistently called and text to check on me., She even remembered details about my personal life. Dr Angelia uses some of the most advanced technologies to make you as comfortable s possible post surgery with her experal injections and to help you recover as quickly as possible in the hyperbaric chamber., If you are considering surgery, I can not recommend this dynamic team enough!

Stay away from this place. Find better doctors and providers elsewhere. The ppl on the phone are rude. There's hardly anyone in the office to help you. The worst experience was when we Called and confirm to stop by and get our shots. We get there and no one is at the front desk. Ring the bell and no one comes out to meet me. Call the person I confirmed with to pick up my shots. No answer. No call back. Nothing. Waste of a half hour. A call again later that week. No answer. But I am in the are and decide to walk in to see if I can see someone to get me my shots. Sam finally answers and confirms me to pick up shots. Says she's gonna call the office. The ppl in the office do not hear from Sam. They then call Sam. No answer. We call Sam. No answer. We are in the waiting room for almost an hour and can't get thru to sam and the counter ppl don't know what is happening. Sam is absent. Finally we get sam on the phone and Sam has an attitude about how they are doing me a favor since we picked up my shots already. We tried to explain that we never got the shots when we came earlier in the week because there wasn't anyone available. Even the staff at the counter have no record of a pickup because we never picked up. Sam doesn't want to hear it and instead feels the need to berate my wife over the phone. By then we were there for over an hour and it's frustrating trying to get Sam to understand. Finally we have to snap at Sam in order to get the shots we paid for in advance. A doctor comes out and finally helps us get the service we paid for. In the meantime Sam is unhelpful and incompetent. No apologies no nothing. We heave not heard from anyone with any authority to see help is understand why Sam was rude and inconsiderate. Dr Angelina, Your staff is rude and incompetent. They are only friendly when they convince you to pay for six months of shots. Thank you Stacey for the stupid letter you sent, you obviously did not reach out to figure out what went wrong in your office that day. But your letter solves everything. Get yourself together. Wack ass place.

Dr. A, Stacey, Christina and the entire team are absolutely the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything cosmetic. Simply the best!

To be honest, I'm at a loss for where to begin. The most important thing I can tell you is that it would be more beneficial for you to consider another company altogether, as it would save you time, energy, and money. Connecting with an IRS agent on the phone would probably be easier than reaching a representative from this clinic. I've currently been on hold for 20 minutes and counting, waiting to speak to a representative from this location. Based on my past encounters, their main focus seems to be scheduling brief "Office Visits" where the person you speak to lacks knowledge about your care and cannot answer questions regarding your prescription. It appears that this is simply a strategy to generate more revenue from the office visits, which is understandable from a business perspective. However, it's also crucial to provide quality service and value to your customers/patients. Here is my previous review of the office from March 2, 2023: I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money here. Unfortunately, on January 6, 2023, I paid for a six-month supply of slim shots (nearly $3,000). It's now March 2, 2023, and I'm still waiting for the slim shots I ordered back on January 25, 2023. On February 20, 2023, one of their employees informed me that I had to pay an additional $25 for shipping. Despite nearly two weeks passing since then, I still haven't received the shots. This office is highly unreliable.

I did not have a good experience. The front desk lady was kind and warm. But after that the intake lady did not understand what she was doing. I had to repeat myself several times, even when the surgeon came in, she was asking how to note the measurements. Surgeon did not know where the tape measurement was , when taking measurements, neither she or the surgeon had gloves on, the intake lady was touching underneath my belly, close to the V area without gloves. After they were done, both walked outside the room they had placed me, and I overheard the surgeon telling her to give me the higher quote. Surgeon didint have pictures ready to show, instead I had to wait for him to send prior surgery pictures from his phone to his laptop then show it to me. I got my quote it was twice more expensive than other similar practices I had consulted with. The atmosphere in this practice was very unprofessional. For obvious reasons I decided to get my treatment elsewhere.

I was forced to pay $1000 before a procedure even though my deductible was met. I was promised a refund that never happened in full. There is no way to call the billing department and they do not respond well by email. It has been over 2 months and still waiting on $100s of dollars. Great doctors... terrible billing. The address and suite number match. Just an FYI. This is an in network provider that has billed me over $18,000 after I already met my max out of pocket and deductible.
