My review is not about the doctor I saw. My issue is with billing. I was overcharged for my appointment even though my insurance card clearly lists my copay. I never should’ve had to ask for a refund in the first place, but I had to call to get it corrected. Now, almost two months later, either my refund check was never sent out or it was stolen. I still haven’t received my money. Extremely disappointing for something that was their mistake to begin with.

I saw Dr Erika Templeton for the first time regarding my wrist pain. I left pain free. She was very caring, professional, and friendly which is why I highly recommend her. She listened to me, which is very important, and she was able to help.

Waited 2 months for my appt. Drive a hour and paid for parking. Show up for my 10:30 appt. At 11:20 I asked if I was going to be seen, they said I had 2 patients in front of me. I had to leave without being seen.

Dr. Lourie is fantastic. His communication was unlike any doctor I have ever seen. He called me on a Sunday morning to let me know the results of my CT scan and ensured his staff scheduled me quickly for my hand surgery. I truly felt he wanted to help. He is a caring professional. He and Brittany have been great with the follow ups as well. I highly recommend this practice!
