List of The Rose Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness's Reviews
I love Richelle! I’ve been seeing her consistently for a year and my skin has never looked better! Prior to finding The Rose Bloom, I was seeing a dermatologist and aesthetician but after years of treatments (and expensive ones at that 😩😩) I did not see any results and feel as those my face/acne started to get worse. Name any treatment and I’ve tried it (Laser, tretinoin, acutane, hydroquinone, Vi peel, literally every viral tik tok product) none of them worked and I started started to feel as though as just needed to accept my acne for what it was..BUT then I started seeing Richelle a year ago and I get countless compliments on my skin all the time! Richelle always chooses the treatments that are going to be most effective to reach my skin goals. Between a mixture of microneedling, skin peels and the diamond glow facial, my acne is completely gone, my hyperpigmentation is literally gone, and I feel 100% more confident. She is an expert in her field, honest and uses the latest technology all while still making me feel comfortable and welcomed. She also gives great advice! When I go for treatments It’s like a spa day with your girlfriends! I recently moved from Atlanta to LA and I travel back to Atlanta just to go to The Rose Bloom! There is ABSOLUTELY no one else I trust to touch my face. I highly recommend!!
Respectfully, I am somewhat surprised at your response to my post, but then again I’m not. It proves the very point I made of your lack of professionalism. I know a few things about business. What I do know is that you should value the voice of your clients. My grievance was in no way disingenuous. It was completely valid. Anyone who learns of losing $250 due to company policy would be upset and frustrated, and you as a business woman should understand that and be sensitive to that fact. I was not rude to your employee. As a client if I have questions about company policy, I have every right to speak to a manager. Your response however is definitely rude. And respectfully, when a person receives a gift card or certificate, clearly, they were not the one who purchased it so unless the gift giver told them the policy that they learned of at purchase they wouldn’t be privy to it since the policy is not stated on the card. Maybe you should consider changing that as a company policy. It would make your policy clearer to the gift recipient instead of leaving it to them to search your website. I have reached out to businesses before with my concerns and have never received such a nasty response. Thank you for proving my initial point--of your lack of professionalism. It further validates my decision not to visit your establishment again. And additionally, your 1-star reviews are just as "legitimate" as your 5-star ones. I would hope that you would value the perspective of your critics as well as your proponents. It makes for a better business.
I was so excited to find a great Black owned spa and went a few times for services. I started telling all of my friends to go as well. Even had my husband purchase a $250 gift certificate because I wanted to continue to support. I was so disheartened to hear that they wouldn't honor the $250 gift certificate because of some policy where you have to use it within a year. This policy is no where on the gift certificate or the packaging. I will not be going back here! I can't imagine what happened with the $250 we spent and I wonder if the hope is that people will not be aware of the policy so they can just take the money and provide no services. I would hope that is not the case but I can't understand why they would not honor the gift certificate, or at the very least, make it clear when you purchase the gift certificate what the policy is. I would not recommend this place anymore due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to cater to the needs and concerns of their clients. Unfortunate, but I will have to find another Black owned spa and send everyone I know there.
Great service. Parking can be a bit challenging but the service and amenities outweigh this minor inconvenience. I love the owner and the catered services around their clients’ needs. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.
I was very happy with the overall experience. I felt the staff who helped me was a strongly committed to providing me with a relaxing experience with high-quality skin care. I got the GLOW Vitamin C treatment and my skin appeared brighter and well-nourished immediately.
I definitely wished this place was closer. It's a great facility, parking is easy, awesome service, extremely clean and I know bc I dropped and earring and when I picked it up there was no dirt or hair on it. I've been two times prior but today was for a girls day. We enjoyed their mimosas, caught up in comfort and every lady expressed to me how much they enjoyed their service. In addition, they were very accommodating during the planning process and easy to work with. I won't hesitate to book them for another girls day.
Asia Rose Spa is hands down one of my favorite spas in Atlanta. To start, the customer service is unmatched. All the staff members are pleasant and you feel welcomed the minute you step in. Now add to that the beautiful ambiance of the spa and you immediately feel relaxed. I received the new diamond glow dermalinfusion treatment and loved it. It left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth and glowing. I received a lot of compliments on my skin after the treatment. I highly recommend Asia Rose Spa!

Went in for a facial and laser hair removal and had a great experience! My laser hair removal sessions were painless, fast, and it worked. Such a relaxing atmosphere that I very much needed. Will be coming back soon for other services soon.
I had scheduled an appointment for a 30-minute sauna session, priced at $55. Unfortunately, I was called for an interview and needed to reschedule my appointment. Given the current economic climate and the prevalence of mass layoffs, I felt that attending the interview was a priority. I was quite disappointed to learn that I was charged a $45 rescheduling fee for the sauna session. While I understand the need for cancellation policies for services that require a dedicated staff member, such as massages or facials, I am sure that the sauna session did not warrant this fee. As the sauna is a machine-based service that does not require a specific person's time and surely a front desk employee could easily assist with any necessary adjustments. As a former small business owner, I am committed to supporting local businesses and understand the need for policies and guidelines. I feel the rescheduling fee was excessive, especially considering it was nearly the cost of the entire service itself. I had initially planned to explore more of your services in the future, but I do not think I will anymore. And I am sure who would read this review would know that I am not on the wrong side. So, stop robbing your customers.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
