Bad experience with Dr. Thomas David DDS. His staff made a scheduling error and entered our appointment 30 minutes sooner than we had agreed on in the phone call. When we arrived at the time discussed on the phone he refused to see us because we were 30 minutes 'late.' A reasonable provider would have understood the misunderstanding and seen our child anyway. He came out and was rude and condescending. He won't see anyone 15 minutes late. Crusty old fart should get out of patient care if he doesn't want to do actual patient care. So instead of checking his ego and helping a child in pain, he refused to see us. Not kind, caring or compassionate.

Everyone in the office was super friendly and attentive. Each person took the time to explain the details of the process every step of the way. Wally, Michelle and Dr. David took good care of me.

Wally was great checking me in. She was professional and efficient. The nurse (Michelle) was excellent. Great bedside manners and she was through in explaining the the specifics of the visit. Dr. David was great. He was patient in answering questions and when he provided a referral, he was thoughtful enough to refer me to a physician close to my home without my asking him to do so. The office is incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The music playing at the office is great as well. I would highly recommend.

Dr. David and his assistant Michelle were incredible. Michelle kept me at ease and was very friendly. Dr. David was so informative and taught me so much about TMJ. I will be returning once I’ve done my treatment plan. Very good visit. Highly recommend!

My visit at AOFS was wonderful! I came in extremely nervous, but Stephanie, Michelle, and Dr. David all made me feel very comfortable and eased some of the nerves I was feeling. Would definitely recommend!

I was greeted with a smile by Wally and she was very pleasant. I was called to the exam room for X-rays and was introduced to Michelle who gave me a great overview of my visit and expectations. Dr David gave ma a thorough exam and explained next steps clearly. Great visit
