Scheduled an appointment with me for the day the office was closed. When I showed up to find no one there. I called and the lady who answered was very rude. I will be going to a different eye doctor now.

Good day !! Demetrics is the star of this office. Not only did he help find me the perfect glasses, he also made good on all the screw ups of his predecessor (There would be too many to list). When all was done, I was completely satisfied with the experience. 5 Stars for Demetrics !!Thanks,

Wow. Where do I start!? I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years now. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I had with this Thomas Eye Group location in midtown. The office is beautiful! Front desk and medical staff has so much charisma. It really felt like I was a kid having fun going to the doctors office again. Once I wrapped up my great appointment with Dr. Yang , I purchased glasses from Demetrics. This guy is truly a gem. His suggestions and ability to listen to others is extraordinary to say the least. I can’t believe I’ve purchased glasses for 20 years and never understood the process so easy. I really appreciate that effort he took for me. Overall love this place , and my family will be shifting here as well. Thanks

Great experience. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Arnhart. The entire staff was very friendly, the facility was spotless and modern, the technology enhanced the experience, and Dr.Arnhart was very knowledgeable and engaging. I couldn’t have hoped for more.Update: Many visits later, I still feel like I get the best care here & they’ve even squeezed me in when I had acute problems.

Thomas Eye Group Midtown is the location to be. From Bri and Ms. Quitta at the front desk. To Ms. Debra and Gabe and the work up process. Down to Dr. Arnhart and her very thorough exam. Don’t forget Demetrics and his collection of fly glasses in optical! I’ll definitely be back next year

I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was with Thomas Eye Group in Midtown. I brought in my two year old and any trip to the doctor can be a challenge at that age. But everyone went above and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable and happy. Big shout out to Tia and Dr. Phoenix for their care and professionalism. And another big shout out to the optician Demetrics for helping my daughter pick out her first pair of glasses.

Everyone was lovely! Very detailed efficient team of professionals. The office / exam rooms are spacious and extremely clean. They also offer a fabulous modern variety of eye glasses. Demetrius in the eye glass center is full of suggestions and truly cares about finding you the right frames.
