List of Thomas L Dopson's Reviews
I have had 2 surgeries at Resurgens both doctors and experiences were very positive. However the interaction with Dr Dobson and staff was worst I have ever had with a doctor. Staff and doctor were late rude and condescending. Said they normally run an hour late and their time clearly more important than mine. Worst ‘bedside manner’ I have ever experienced. Goodbye Resurgens.
Dr Dopson performed a surgical posterior hip replacement of my right hip. I could not have asked for it to go better. My recovery has gone so well that I sometimes forget I had it done . Dr Dopson’s surgical skills are excellent his bedside manner is great and his staff members are the best
April 21 2021. We went because of my husbands back pain. We were a patient of Dr Kancherela but he left so we had to see Dr Dopson. He took an xray of husbands back and didnt physically look at his back. He checked my husbands reflexes and said Ill see you in a year. We left knowing we would never go back to this doctor. May 5 2021. My husband had an MRI ordered by another doctor. May 6 the doctor that ordered the MRI called us with the results. Spinal Stenosis requiring surgery. Dr Dopson did not listen to us. Im glad we turned to another doctor. Dr Dopson wanting my husband to suffer in pain for an entire year without doing anything.
Terrible Doctor. He was mentally and physically abusive. Mr. Dopson Refuses too order me an MRI after 4 different doctors including his own diagnosis which reported my work injury is sciatic. Mr. Dobson in all his awarded orthopedic knowledge knows in order too show a hip ligament tear and sciatic back nerve is too order me an MRI which would be covered under my Workmans Comp. should he simply request it which he hasnt Dr Dopson would rather send me back too work after asking for authorization for an additional back xray too determine nerve damage. Everyone knows an xray CANNOT determine nerve damage or ligamentabductor damage. His assistant. I think Johnny who is a woman covered for him by coercing me with intimidation whispering too me after he left. that I should just go back too work unless Ill be fired. I left in tears. This doctor is unethical and clearly only looking out for the company and not me The injured Dr. Dopson is also unethical for setting up bogus authorizations deliberately knowing no nerve could be detected only too send me back too work too get reinjured Or worse I get worse and it becomes permanent. Mr. Dopson got additional pay off my personal work injury and after over a month I havent received a dime from them. Crooked insurance?? Needless too say. There are multiple reviews JUST LIKE MINE. Dont choose this doctor
HORRIBLE bedside manner. Mean a d rude. Hes in bed with workmans comp company to give MINIMAL help therapy care and medication.
I had been suffering with low back pain for several years. Dr. Dopson repaired my problem and one month later I am still healing and a little sore but ready for work again
He was excellent. I wouldnt recommend anyone else.
Dr. Dopson introduced an infection into my spine and refused to take any responsibility for his actions. His second surgery to correct my condition made my paralysis worse.
Dr. Dopson and staff are first class. I had lower back surgery because of pain and mobility issues due to spinal stenosis. It has been over a year I am pleased to say that I remain happy and amazed at the results. He is a gifted surgeon and I am pleased to have found him and his staff
This Dr. was late I sat in the waiting room for about 45 minutes after my appointment time. He spent 4 minutes doing an exam. I have a back injury and in sever pain and at the end of the exam he said I could return to work how is someone able to work when you can’t sit or stand or walk without sever pain. I wouldn’t recommend going to him if you need help with your pain.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
