List of Upperline Health's Reviews
Staff is always attentive and kind. Dr Ulett takes time to explain procedures in detail.
Wonderful experience with Dr Ulett and the treatment, but ended up with a surprise bill after being quoted the cost of treatment and already paying it.
Very professional from the time you walk into the time you leave great staff and wonderful doctor
Outstanding! Efficient, thorough and professional! Highly recommend.
Definitely have your baby here if you want to get a c-section and then get discharged with pain meds that can't be filled because the medicine doesn't exist. Got a c section mom walking around post op on nothing more than over the counter pain meds. Oh, and by the way, feed your baby every two hours while you're running around town filling mystery prescriptions and bouncing from office to office just to get authorizations for tests. The American healthcare system is so broken.
My experience was not good I had a relative get checked in and they had a heart to the young lady her name was TinaMe sitting on the outside waiting to see how my loved one operation went it was horrible I would never forget it.But I can say once they got in surgery was done with the nurses on floor number 6 in the OR...What's awesome my family member is still in there but on another floor ..I will definitely give you a update but I'm hoping that everything goes well until they discharge
He is a wonderful Doctor. Very good, good, and very good
Unfortunately admitted to tge hospital with an emergency July 2-6. While the ER level was great when I was admitted it went completely downhill. No one checked on me, the nurse almost gave me the wrong medications, the shifts didnt communicate with each other about my care, I had soiled linens and gown first night, the travel nurses didnt know what they were doing and I had to help one put a catherter in, the doctor came in and said I have no why idea you are on this medication. The only saving grace was katie a sweet nurse that came in and knew I was getting horrible care. She helped even though I wasnt her patient. I literally was screaming and crying in pain and she helped. In my opinion she is far too valuable to be with this hospital as she was the only one that truly did her job exceptionally. Overall my care was deplorable and I waited longer to get care but git my 37k ...yes 37k bill from piedmont the following week lol. Sure took them longer to give me decent care than my bill. Run run run from this hospital. I feel they do more harm than help.
I went to Piedmont Emergency room this morning and was very impressed with the efficiency, knowledge and demeanor of everyone we dealt with. George from Admitting, Zach the Nurse Practitioner who worked through my diagnosis and got me out of pain. And Mimi and Natalie, the nurses who took care of me. What a tremendous group of kind and knowledgeable professionals. My many thanks and admiration.
Had surgery and had a concern about the incision. Made a 8:45 appointment but upon arrival I was told that another test was to be performed at 11AM then I would see the doctor. No communication about either. MyChart had my earlier appointment but Piedmont's showed the new time. Speaking to office manager I was informed that I should have received voice/text about changes and reminders. Never happened once and this was 3-4 visit. Poor communication. Left at 12:15. Emery here I come.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
