The nurses rather chit chat and be incompetent than take care of the patients. I scheduled a surgery over two months in advance and had to cancel because my implant was pending approval from the insurance. I was told this two days before my surgery and only got an answer because I called multiple times in a day each day that week. They would not have updated me if I didn’t call. I tried to reschedule for the following week and both surgery schedulers continue to ignore me. I call an average of three times every day every week with no answer. The surgery schedulers are incompetent. They claim it takes 30-60 days for approval from the insurance so why is my case still pending when I scheduled my surgery over two months ago? I’ll tell you why because someone wasn’t doing their job. If you come after 10 AM the wait times are ridiculous and you will wait an hour or more to see the doctor for five minutes. I recommend not going to this location at all

Great practice, wonderful and capable staff. Dr. Shariff has great bedside manner but moves fast! I feel confident that I am getting the best care for my condition.

While the staff are very friendly, I was at this location for over an 1hr 40 mins. I was waiting for the majority of that time and would not have come in had I known that it would be such a long wait and for not much advise to be given. The cost is ridiculous for the wait time and the amount of actually care provided.

Dr Mitchell-Smith has been my podiatrist for several years now...she is very professional and attentive. Very informative when questions are asked..I always have a wonderful experience when visiting the office.

As a new patient be prepared to wait for hours and hope to get seen by your doctor. I did not end up having to leave after being there for two hours.

Every time I come here I have to to wait an 1-1 1/2 hours before I’m even called back. The staff is nice and Dr. Shariff is very personable and professional. However, the wait time is really unacceptable and needs to be addressed. There is no integrity in this regard.
