List of Urgent Care 24/7 Atlanta's Reviews
So I had medium to severe wheezing and visited this urgent care location Tuesday at around 22.30 left after midnight after treatment and some pills and an injection I wouldn’t state how much I paid but it was a tidy sum but that’s not the problem. The doctor prescribed some more pills and asked what pharmacy and location I’d like to collect same as I will just have to have give my name, pay and collect. These pills are to be taken together with the pills he gave me. I left work Wednesday around 10:00 and drove 30 mins to the designated pharmacy the prescription wasn’t there. I called the urgent care location where I visit and the young lady said maybe the pharmacy didn’t check their listing but she promised she’d check on it and call me. I called back the urgent care location around 16:00 and a gentleman informed me their computers were down and so the prescription wasn’t sent. Remember these pills were/are to be taken with the pills I received at the doctors office. I visited the pharmacy at 10:00 this morning hoping the prescription was there but it wasn’t. I called back the urgent care office and a gentleman promised to look into it. He called me back when I already arrived to work and said the prescription was just sent. I told him it’s acceptable, and I needed a discount or some sort of compensation. He said he understood but I gotta call corporate office for that. People don’t waste your time calling corporate office, I called 15 times and the line keep saying the lines are occupied and they’ll return the call but the mailbox is always full. Let me mention I’m still wheezing!!
They aren’t truthful about their prices until it’s time to pay, and they’ll try to get anything out of you that they can. They immediately charged me for their own medications rather than giving me the option to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy, resulting in an extra charge of $80. They also tried to give me 3 courses of treatment for a single sinus infection, which was unnecessary. I was also never told that they didn’t take any insurance until the very end, when it was too late to be able to do anything but pay full price. Lastly, the doctor didn’t even give me a proper exam! I came in for a possible sinus infection and a lot of coughing, but he never once listened to my lungs or heart. Don’t waste your money for a place who doesn’t even give proper health care!!
they took my appointment despite not actually having the equipment to test for the illness I suspected I had. while I was waiting on the exam room for them to figure out what to do about that, I heard them speaking about me disrespectfully in the hallway. When I brought it up they were unapologetic and told me I was wrong to be upset.
They do not take insurance. Must pay at time for Dr visit and each test. Assume minimum of $400 in the door ++
Terrible experience. I was visiting Atlanta from out of town and I sprained my ankle. I called this urgent care ahead of time to verify that they do x-rays so I could rule out a broken or fractured bone. I arrived at the urgent care on 9/12/23 and was advised immediately that they “do not work with insurance” and that I needed to pay the full amount for the service upfront. The man at the reception advised the cost “to be seen” was $99 and the x-ray would be $180. I was pretty desperate since I wasn’t sure about the condition of my injury, but this is definitely a predatory practice if you ask me. I waited about 30 minutes for the x-ray tech to arrive and he took 3 images. Be warned that the tech is exclusively a tech and he is unable and to explain the results to you. The tech called the imaging company that reported “significant findings” on my x-ray report, but it looked normal to the tech. The tech called the company to ask why the report came back with “significant findings” but it looked “normal” to him. The woman from the imaging company stated “well maybe it’s a mistake.” So I was told that there was nothing wrong with my ankle other than a sprain. Didn’t even get “seen” or receive an ice pack or a band or ANYTHING. Since I was not examined I only paid the $180 for the x-ray and I left. At night the pain became unbearable and I had lots of swelling. Later, on 9/14, I visited my orthopedic specialist in my hometown who confirmed that I have a broken calcaneus bone and a fracture on my tallus bone. Seriously, how is it that you visit an urgent care and you don’t have medical professionals that can properly read x-rays to you? I feel even angrier that I had to waste $180 on an x-ray that was not properly interpreted to me. This place and its business practices are predatory and they should be shut down. Truly unfortunate that I spent this money and disappointed with the quality of service.
Entire staff was impeccable. God bless all of you for helping me in my Graves disease crisis. Special thanks to Paramedic Jones
The service was fast and everyone was very kind and helpful. Johnathan Guzman was my paramedic and he is a GEM, very kind and definitely felt like he cared to make sure I got back on my feet! Hopefully I don’t get strep throat again but if I do I will be going back here for sure :)
Walked in feeling terrible and I walked out feeling like a brand new person, literally. They were very friendly and professional. They checked in very often while making me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable time. They are very kind and genuine people and I would recommend here to everyone even out of state lol. Thank you guys!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
