VEA in the house! Thank you to VEA- ALLLLL the employees and professionals who helped me see again! I appreciate the feedback on what glasses look great on me (unlike at other establishments that dont make the experience personal). Dr. Williams is funny and understanding of my vision needs. Shout out to Tee, and Melissa for working directly with me on my exam, lenses and cost. Visit Vea for all your vision needs.

The exam was great and everyone was very Professional. I was given an regiment for my eyes and now I have to see if it helps. I like the way my glassed looked on me.

I was excited to find a location near my home so I called to schedule an appointment for a routine eye exam. I booked the appointment over the phone and everything seemed fine until I received the confirmation text with a completely different date and time than what was discussed. I called to mention the error and the same woman who I booked with (has an accent) stated that the company was booked for the original date we discussed and that I would need to reschedule. I said that was fine and I rescheduled for another day. On the newly scheduled day, I was running 10mins behind so I called to inform them of delay on my end. I was then told I would need to rebook but I could try to come in anyway. I get there at 10 after as was told they only allow a 5 min grace period and that I would need to rebook the appointment. They incovenienced me the first time I attempted to book, but my inconvenience would require me to reschedule AGAIN. It sucks because I was looking forward to having services within such close proximity to home.
