Horrible, almost destroyed my legs.

I interviewed with the two best Vein Clinics in Atlanta and I chose this one because of Michael at the Front Desk and Dr. Prevosti. So far my treatments have been perfect with no pain whatsoever and I am a third of the way through. One thing I like about this clinic is when your insurance company says they only want to cover part of you treatments they fight for you to get them to cover all that should be expected. Most doctors offices do not do that. Again, I appreciate all the efforts of the entire team at the Johnson Ferry location and I hope the same experience I have enjoyed so far continues for the rest of my treatments.

I absolutely love VeinAtlanta and I highly recommend this office for treatment!! Front staff is exceptional and I especially appreciate the girl with blonde hair up front she goes above and beyond!! But I want everyone in Atlanta to know that if you have stubborn leg veins, aka spider veins and feel insecure see Susan for sclerotherapy she is very detailed and has made my legs beautiful!!’ She is so fun loving and feel like my visit was done in a flash because she is so easy to talk to and you don’t realize or notice the needle sticks and she spends so much attention and time with you , she is phenomenal at her job!! I have been in dermatology and seen sclerotherapy and I have not seen sclerotherapy done as good like Susan does , she is the Spider Vein Goddess or Queen!!! By far I would only recommend Susan for sclerotherapy, I have not seen treatment done with someone spending so much quality time and detail to finding each vein and making sure you as a patient are happy!!! I could not be anymore pleased with the care I received from Susan , thank you for giving me back my confidence!! I definitely showing off my new beautiful legs !!! WHO WEARS SHORT SHORTS,,, I DO!!!!!!!!😘

After completing an ultrasound with the very competent Dr. Prevosti, the patient advocate at Vein Atlanta and now Center for Vein Restoration took on my approvals for insurance. For weeks the approval was not sent in to my insurance and when insurance denied the procedure, she insisted they would appeal and there would be no issues. Months later my insurance had no record that an appeal had been submitted. In fact, she insisted that they appealed twice and even did a peer to peer review, which, again my insurance has no record of. After countless emails and calls with no response, it is safe to say that this clinic and specifically this patient advocate could absolutely not care less about scheduling these procedures. Ultimately, this has been the worst medical experience to date in which I am out a considerable amount of money, lost almost five months in this process, and have been left feeling like my health is their lowest priority.

Review for Susan Reid / spider vein treatment: During my first visit, Susan took three calls during the procedure (with her house contractor, with her son, then with her daughter) and texted necessary instructions to her contractor in between - removing only one glove each time. She apologized for having to take these calls and sending texts and said she will charge me half the price for the visit, and finish working only on one leg. A few minutes later she decided to finish second leg as well, and concluded her procedure with exclamation: "I am so good, I am so quick!" At the exit I was charged the full price. Susan was unavailable, with another client, to clarify her previous comment about half price. Many spider veins on both legs were not even touched. I addressed all these issues with management before my second visit. They said next treatment will be free. As I walked in for my second treatment, Susan Reid started with: "I should have charged you triple price, I only charged you double (for two legs) - you have so many veins!" I thought I misheard her and ask her to repeat what she has just said. She did. That was the end of my experience with this clinic. Manavement hasn't called me back yet - to explain or apologize or reimburse.

I recently had this procedure done at the Lawrenceville , Professional Drive office and would highly recommend this to anyone who suffers pain or itching of their legs from spider or varicose veins. It is an unbelievable difference in your daily life. No more pain when walking. No more swollen legs. Dr.Fonger and his staff were very pleasant and helpful. If youre considering this, dont wait, you wont be sorry. They make you very comfortable. Thank you so much, D.Davis

I'm so glad I contacted VeinAtlanta! The staff and Dr. Prevosti were wonderful. They each communicated every step clearly and answered All my questions. The time management for appointments and procedure was excellent, able to return to work quickly. I'm happy with the look of my legs and my overall care.

I highly recommend Vein Atlanta, Dr. Prevosti & his professional staff. I had a bilateral vein ablation procedure done at the end of July that has changed my life. As a healthy and active person, the past year I was experiencing daily swollen and heavy legs associated with a lot of cramping that was causing me not to exercise. Instead, all I wanted to do at the end of my work day was sit on the couch & elevate my legs. Until I met with Dr. Prevosti I had no idea I had “incompetent” veins that were causing all this discomfort. The vein ablation procedure was a 15 minutes quick and easy procedure, with minimal recovery. I noticed immediate results and at my 6 week follow up, I feel great! I am back to my normal exercise routine & more. Thank you Dr. Prevosti and Vein Atlanta!
