I am very pleased with Dr. McClelland and the staff at Peachtree Orthodontics. I’ve seen this doctor twice and both times the wait was almost nonexistent. Dr. McClelland explained the options to alleviate the pain in my thumbs and seemed to really care. I would recommend him to others with handwrist concerns.

My experience was an excellent one. I was seen right at my scheduled time and with all of my questions answered. The treatment plan was clear and I left confident that the issues with fingers and hand had been addressed.

He repaired a seriously torn R rotator cuff. Surgery was successful greatly reducing pain and restoring range of motion. Strength is improving as well.

I went in for a broken wrist after having initially seen a doctor in another town. Dr. McClelland was extremely kind while maintaining the professionalism that you want in any situation like this. I also noticed that he was paying a lot of attention to my eyes. Sounds weird but in this new era of face masks it was a way to get a true read of my pain levels as he was checking my wrist. He would see me wince even if I didnt say that particular part of my wrist hurt. Lastly while I was in and out of the office rather quickly which is always nice he was very thorough as he checked and explained my injury to me. In spite of my broken wrist it was a very pleasant experience and I would undoubtedly recommend him to anyone in need of his specific skill set.

Dr. McClelland is a young and competent surgeon. He has a very good office and bedside manner and his stitchwork must be excellent because my incision healed quickly and with as minimal scarring as possible. And I would be remiss if I didn’t include what an excellent team he has surrounding him. His PA Lauren is personable and professional making me comfortable confident and appreciative. His nurse Ashley is a gem as well. Everyone likes a winning team Dr. McClelland is certainly part of one
