Joseph G Saulsbury II, MD is awesome. Friendly, professional, and attentive. Actually listened to my concerns. I was not feeling well at all. The next day I felt 90% better. Office staff great. I was in and out. This office is fantastic. Definitely recommend .

The wait times are unacceptable! We waited over an hour to be seen. Scheduled online appointments we're not honored. Dr. Saulsbury was very helpful once we were seen. I would definitely go somewhere else to be seen quicker.

After calling to see what the approximate wait time would be, I was told an hour to an hour and a half. After sitting in the office for over an hour my daughter reminded me that I had not received my license back. I went up to the front desk only to be told my daughter still had not even been entered into the system and that my daughter was no where near being seen. I am assuming they must be short staffed as the lady at the front desk stated she was the office manager. She stated that they were not hiring, but I looked on the Wellstar Careers page and it stated otherwise. Therefore, if you are looking for a job please apply so their customer service and wait time can be improved as I heard her state nothing is accurate in their system concerning wait times as she is not updating their system. I hope at least the providers are good, but I will not be able to find out as I cannot commit my entire day to a facility unsure of how long it will take for my daughter to be seen at what is supposed to be “urgent care!”

I visited the Wellstar Urgent Care facility at Camp Creek after a sleepless night in excruciating pain in my foot. I thought it was caused by ill-fitting boots after a long walk through Hartsfield and Chicago O'Hare airports. I was able to book an online appointment for 30 minutes after opening and was seen within minutes of my appointment time. One look at my feet, both the nurse and doctor immediately knew it was more. The entire team was very knowledgeable and professional; and therefore, provided the exact treatment that relieved the pain shortly after leaving the office. I highly recommend this facility for your urgent care needs.

Make two appointments for 3:30 and 4:00 and don’t get called until 5:15 slow as HELL and I won’t ever go back. I can’t believe you can wait that long with no Air conditioning on. The sad part was about 6 people went ahead of us with a appointment. We are in the middle of a pandemic please put soap in your bathroom

Wait time is ridiculously been here over 2hours & was told wait time was only an hour.

Front desk staff was warm and welcoming. MA was professional. The visit moved right along. They have a great team.

The staff was very courteous. I did not wait too long to be seen. I would like to commend each staff member for showing and giving it their all each day.

I checked in at 4:25pm for a sports physical!! It’s now 6:04 and we still haven’t seen the doctor… No one has came in the room checked on us nor apologize for the wait !! I come out the room to ask how much longer and no one has any idea. They have already taken my money for the visit! It’s going on 2 hours !! This is absolutely insane.. This is my first time coming here and it will definitely be my last !!! I would not refer this place to anyone !
