Great bedside (or I guess room-side) manner from all involved in care. I was there for problems that were causing pain, and they kept me laughing and feeling in better spirit while I was there!

Needed a quick birth control refill since I'm in the middle of changing PCPs. Arrived at 9:12am ish with five people ahead of me and got calling in around 10 ish which was not that bad of a wait considering I was a walk-in. Front staff were all nice and cared about maintaining a clean lobby when people were coughing. The medical assistant or nurse who attended me before the provider was professional and nice, and the nurse practitioner who came in after was also very nice and professional. Made sure to check in if there were any concerns I had which was nice. Overall not bad of a wait for a Wednesday morning without an appointment and overall great staff and location.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The physician assistant was thorough and patient when she put in my stitches. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience with the Piedmont Urgent Care on Claremont Road. Everyone was extremely caring and kind. The nursing assistant or RN was extremely nice, helpful and informative. The Doctor who examined me was awesome; very kind, took her time with me, explained everything in a very knowledgeable and thoughtful manner. I highly recommend this facility.
