List of Wellstreet's Reviews
I’ve always had a great experience here. Staff is friendly, doctors happy to sit down and explain results and treatment plan to you. They’re usually pretty quick and efficient, even when it seems busy
I usually do not leave bad reviews for any business especially health. My husband has sciatica issues, this am he could not walk, instead of going to the ER we thought a trip here we may be able to get the same type of service; x-rays, prescriptions, ect. We are not insured so we were hoping to be billed. Got there told us it would be $150 up front with a card on file, because we had the money, we paid it, but that is all the money we had. My husband gets back there and the doctor A. Gray asks who told you have sciatica, this information is in all piedmont systems, told him he can not help him, he needs to go to he ER. So why would they not have a different procedure to make sure they can take patient, help them before they take your money. So we paid $150 just to be told to go to the ER, why would there not be a partial payment refund? This urgent care is robbing uninsured people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE! I am only trying to save uninsured people money.
Wonderful staff and Dr Patel was very pleasant and listened to my concerns! He got me feeling better! Thank you Dr Patek
They have a wonderful staff. They were very pleasant, polite and quick. I loved it keep up the good work.
Everyone here was very helpful and friendly, and got me feeling much better! I like that you can make an appointment online and get an after visit summary of your medications and diagnosis
We had a fantastic experience with Jace as our provider. He explained everything in terms my 11 year old could understand and really took his time examining her injury.
I’d like to preface by saying this is significantly better than any Peachtree Immediate Care clinic. The receptionists & nurse were accommodating & friendly. The PA had great bedside manner & proper suggestions. In my case, I had sprained my ankle, so he was able to prescribe medication and an orthopedic referral. I was only in there for a little over an hour - this includes waiting time, x-ray, and consultation. However, I knocked down a star because they were not able to provide me an ankle brace or bandage. I needed some compression/support for my sprain and they were saying that they had ankle braces but “not the one I needed.” Overall, this urgent care was efficient & communicative about payments & what insurances they are able to take.
I would not recommend visiting this facility unless you are in dire need. I've had the same insurance for 8 years, and had visited this place before with no copay. However I went in last month for flu-like symptoms and was inexplicably charged over $400... If you must go here, then be sure to get an estimate for every single thing that they recommend before you agree to anything.
My appointment was at 4:30, I arrived at 4:15. I was not taken back until 5:20. Aside from the very long wait the service and doctor was amazing. Great very nice staff.
The wait want long & the staff very polite! Will definitely choose this Urgent Care again!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
