List of Wellstreet's Reviews
Very orderly and welcoming place. I was seen seen very quickly by a nurse who was very attentive to my needs. I received excellent care.
I was happy to be seen for the problem I was having. The Dr. was helpful and knowledgeable and gave me good advice and treatment. Total time spent with her was about 10 minutes. I was there about an hour total. They did forget about me in the exam room for about 30 minutes. Once I let them know, they took care of me expeditiously. For those with budgets and without great insurance, you should know that my bill for this experience (after my high-deductible plans discount) came to $375 (inital bill was $500). I had tried to book with my primary care physician but I would have had to wait a week and I needed to see someone. So there you go. $375 for 30 minutes, or $12.50 / minute. Would I do it again? I might try shopping around but I suspect most of these places are probably charging a similar rate. It's too bad that the medical profession does not tell you how much something costs *before* you buy it, like just about everything else.
Fast, compassionate, and professional physicians and support staff.
Staff was caring and helpful.
I needed a consultation with a Dr quickly and Piedmont Urgent Care took care of my issue with no delay! Very satisfied with their professional attitude. Very friendly and accommodating!
My husband was treated very very good at this urgent care. I definitely recommend it to everyone. She recommended he go to ER with pneumonia…and we are glad he did.
I waited two hours to be seen (I made my appointment online). I was in the exam room for over an hour before I was seen by the doctor. And that only happened because I had to go ask to if I was going to be seen. Completely unprofessional and the staff was unapologetic and acting as if nothing was wrong with patients having to wait two hours. I was not the only one frustrated at this office yesterday.
Cut my leg with a chainsaw. Saw me immediately, stitched me up and out the door in less than 1.5 hours.
Dr. Dominique Crain was very thorough. She examined my x-rays and consulted with radiologist. She called me later that evening to inform me of the results. I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff from the receptionist who checked me in promptly to the amazing nurse who took the x-ray and measured my vitals. The clinic is convenient and very clean.
Excellent service! The staff were absolutely compassionate, attentive and helpful. I hope to not have to return again, but if I do, I know they’ll take good care of me! Dara at the front was also helpful assisting me to fill out the registration. Thanks again Piedmont Urgent Care!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
