I have been a patient of Dr. Patel at Windsor Eye Care for seven years, and she is truly the best eye doctor. She loves what she does and truly cares about her patients, and it shows at every appointment. Every visit is a wonderful experience thanks to Dr. Patel and her amazing team. They are welcoming, professional, and such a pleasure to be around. I could not recommend them more. Congratulations on the new space! Only came here because my family does. After experiencing for myself, I can confidently attest that that 4.9 star average on here was truly earned. Don't think I've ever had an "enjoyable" time at an optometrist's office till I came here. Jay/Jai & Dr. Bandali were awesome. Loved that Dr. Bandali welcomed and addressed my questions. Even the front desk was nothing but pleasant. My only nitpick is that some of the apparatuses for the preliminary examination felt like they had a greasy film on it.

Dr. Patel is amazing and explains everything so well! Never feel rushed during my appointments. She is so kind and the other technicians have been great. Also, the clinic is beautiful and clean!

Dr. Patel and her team are absolutely wonderful. Every visit feels easy and welcoming. They’re warm, personable, and always take the time to connect. The office runs smoothly and right on schedule, and the new facility is beautiful. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to visiting and would gladly recommend to family and friends.

Dr Patel is the best! She is always so kind and patient. She explains everything, answers all your questions without making you feel rushed, and clearly really cares about her patients. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Patel for 4-5 years and she’s by far my favorite provider of all time. Expect to be met with a white glove level of compassion and professionalism to your long term needs. The new location has an amazing variety of frames and specialists to assist you. Jam, a specialist, quickly corrected my mistake of wrong frames and ushered me into what was a best fit and finish for my ideal aesthetic. Thank you Windsor Team! Can’t wait to come back!
