Rachel is great. Very knowledgeable, understanding and you dont feel rushed. The office admin. Melissa has helped me out so much. Everyone has been so easy to talk to . Very professional and courteous. Something has changed at the office within the past year for the better.

My follow-up visits with Erin Key are always a success. She’s very thorough and makes me feel at ease with discussing my discomfort and pain level. She listens and plans my next step in pain relief. I would recommend her and Alliance Pain Center to all I come in contact.

This time around I didn't feel the same compassion for my concerns about my pain management. I have repeatedly asked for a different doctor and am told there is no other doctor for me.

The staff are professional & courteous. Dr. Jorge Alvear is also professional & very respectful. He is also attentive to my concerns. I recommend Alliance Spine pain management at 3152 Perimeter Parkway Building 2 Suite 1 in Augusta Ga. First time meeting Dr. Shah, and he is awesome. Very knowledgeable young man. My first visit for something I've been dealing with with for years and no other doctors even spoke with as much knowledge as he did without very much to go on when others did more throughout the yrs than he did in 1 day and gave me a thorough detailed read of what I'm dealing with with.
