Want to receive bills 9 months after you see a doctor? This is the place to go! My husband got a bill today for a visit from December 2023. It is now September 2024. We could have paid the bill using flexible spending dollars if it had been sent timely.
I just met Dr.Nicollette Leung for the first time on 11/8/23 and she seemed to be very helpful and very concerned she got all my appts set up I am very pleased!
Great Doctors
I've been going to AU Care Center (Family Med) for a long time, my family members are also patients here. I always highly recommend them! Olga Gresham, Dana Myers, April Fox, Susan McBride, Dr Anthony Smith and Dr Van AL Stein are just a few of the wonderful staff that go above and beyond for their patients! They truly care about their patients and do whatever they can to help them. I feel blessed to be a patient here!
I'm blessed to be referred to Dr. CONKRIGHT. He has been so thorough and compassionate. I've personally went from healthy to heart troubles over night. The staff from the front office to the nurse truly listened and help me get scheduled to all my appointments to assisting with medications and major procedures. I am so thankful and alive because they listened. I have and will refer any and all to this practice truly because the love they have shown me and my family.
Christopher hall the pa there is amazing. He listens and looks for answers to health issues and cares for his patient's.
Took my dad to his Dr appt.
Failed to provide us a bill for my son's care after repeated requests for a bill over the course of almost a year; recieved a letter from a debt recovery service. I'll be sure to forward a complaint to our insurance company and the BBB.
I have had a terrible experience coming to this office for years now, and I will not ever be returning. In the past, the nurses have made inappropriate comments about my weight on multiple occasions (that had nothing to do with why I was being seen). When I came in previously complaining of severe stomach pains, Dr. Pickett was dismissive and treated me like he didn’t really take me seriously. Flash forward 4 weeks and I ended up in the ER with gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed. On my most recent visit, when I told the nurse I had tested positive for Covid 7 weeks prior, she recoiled away from me in fear and began treating me like I was a leper. She also couldn’t understand why I hadn’t been retested multiple times in order to get a negative result, but that blatantly contradicts the CDC guidelines. I would expect a nurse to know more about Covid than I do and to have some empathy and not treat people the way she did me. It made me feel EXTREMELY unwelcome and uncomfortable. When I brought this up to Dr. Pickett, he laughed it off and once again dismissed my concerns. I don’t know why I’ve stayed at this office as long as I have because it has been an absolutely terrible experience from day 1. It’s become a running joke with friends and family because they know every time I go to an appointment, I’m going to come back with yet another story of how I felt personally victimized by one of the staff. I find the lack of empathy and flippant attitudes to be completely unacceptable. With that being said, there was a young woman at the front desk who checked me in at my last appointment. it was my first time meeting her, and she was absolutely lovely. She was bright, and warm, and welcoming. She was so friendly, and my interaction with her was wonderful. She was the only redeeming factor in my entire visit.
I have called several times and cannot get an appointment with my physician. They have also canceled my husband's appointments due to the doctor having a "faculty meeting , and they did not even tell him until he showed up for the appointment. He took time off from his work. I liked Dr. Jackson, but I will go somewhere else in the future . In the past, I have also left messages with the nurse of this Doctor ,and she never returned my phone call.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
