Nurse attempted to draw blood without orders or verifying my identity. As the needle was about to go in my arm another employee told her she was in the wrong room. After being told I was free to leave they lost my paperwork and stuck me in an exam room to wait until they could find it.

Their online system made an appointment with the one person in the office who could not help me. This doctor office is super slow If your scheduled for 1 expect to be seen around 245 . That’s if you can even get seen by your physician normally it’s a nurse practitioner. Tried to change doctors my request was denied for whatever reason ....

Love Dr.Krueger shes the greatest I have ever hadher staff are professional and very friendly with a strong and willing desire to help.

Excellent doctors office. Never have an issue with billing. Dr. Edwin Scott answers any questions I have and does so in a straightforward manner. As for the wait time I am not seen on time but over the years and after going to dozens of offices around the country that is nothing new. You will most likely be seen past your scheduled appointment time just get over it.

I hate this doctors office with a passion. I started going here because family recommended this practice. However majority of my family has stop coming here all together. The wait time is always over hour and 30 minutes after the time your scheduled for. The nurses never smile or greet you when they call you back. They are rude and need to go back to training. I hate this doctors office. They over schedule patients how can you have 4 patients scheduled at 530 to see one doctor??? Honestly if you were on verge on dying you would be dead sitting and being frustrated about the service at this office. Dr.Krueger and Dr.Franklin just need to retire.

I have been going to CPC for several years for the simple fact that they treat me and my family with great care. I always have a positive experience with the staff. My physician Dr.S listens and gives me options for my health plan. The Nurses are super sweet and make great effort to take away anxiety I may have. Usually my wait time is never more than 20 minutes but if it is going to be longer the front desk staff inform me. I know a longer wait is because they are very pt comfort and wellbeing driven and make sure each pt leaves there content in their care.

This doctors office has NO RESPECT at ALL for their patients time. Last week they canceled my appointment without any notice. I got to the appointment only to be told that it was cancelled and the doctor was gone for the day. Today I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and still didnt get seen. And you ask if I would like to reschedule. NO

The female staff members in both the front desk as well as the desk in the back are extremely rude and do not display good patient care. If there is a problem they are not willing to help in anyway. A female employee CANCELLED my appointment on her own without my knowledge and for no reason whatsoever. I tried explaining this to the front desk when I arrived for my appointment. The only thing the front desk stated was Well the computer shows you cancelled your appointment so that is what we are going by. After I made some phone calls it was determined a employee cancelled the appointment by mistake. Contacted corporate but apparently the only thing they are interested in is POSITIVE FEEDBACK. Well to be completely successful you must have negative and positive feedback.

Don’t know where 1 lady was coming from but if u have a psychological episode I would recommend a psychologist rather ur pc doctor but that’s my opinion. I’ve been going there 4 12 years n no complaints
