My doctor at Gateway recently retired so I was referred to this location. First visit for an injection they tell me I have a collection balance from 5 years ago and cant be seen until its paid in full. The attitude with which it was said was borderline nasty. It may be valid but I noticed payments NEVER reduced the balance so I stopped paying. Poor accounting at its best or worst

Was referred to a Doctor there. Called to make appointment. Was told to fill out online new patient form. Online would not work. Then was told I could not email it. I had to mail it or drop it off? 24 miles round trip. Only 1 patient in waiting room? Probably 1520 employees cars in back.Dropped it off and was told it was not complete? Told I was missing pages. I looked again at website. New patient form only has 2 pages. They printed the rest of the pages. I filled it out. I have not heard from anyone since? The whole time I am thinking what if this were an elderly person who is not computer savvy or cannot drive ? Have you seen the movie Wit? They forgot to include this part in the beginning of the movie.Where you are dealing with people who could care less that they are supposed to be helping sock people. I am very accustomed to this poor treatment from the healthcare industry.

Very satisfied in the way Im treated by doctors and staff. They take enough time for you. And there procedures are very accurate. Also when I needed them between routine schedules they were available. That was very important to me.

Love Dr Mckenzie and his PA Ms Schultz. Hadnt been there in years due to financial difficulty called that morning and was seen the same day. Didnt have to wait long and wasnt rushed. They actually take the time to listen to you hear instead of just rush you out of the door

Waste of time and money. The wait to see the PA or the Dr. Is way to long. I was ignored by a receptionist until I said excuss me do you think you can help me with a question. She was extremely rude as if I was bothering her . I stood in front of her for 5 mins and she never looked up and had a scour face and attitude. Looking as of now for new practice. Take my money and treated me poorly.

As I was getting blood drawn for a future appointment I watched a technician drop her gloves on the ground then casually picked them up and put them on and continued drawing blood for her patient. The next week at my appointment I waited an hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment time and finally walked out.
