Doctors Staff is nice and professional. Office is clean. Just wish Doctors respected other people’s time. Be prepared to wait over an hour past your appointment time.
I have been a patient at CPC J.Dewey Grey Circle for 10 years and I am considering finding another doctor. I can never reach a live person on the phone. Ive tried calling every two hours for the last 3 days and I still did not reach anyone. Once I held on for 36 minutes and never got a connection. Its always an issue with them and Im fed up.
Very professional staff This is my first time visiting the practice. My doctor Dr. Black was awesome well as the nurses and the rest of the staff. I was seen promptly and all of my concerns were addressed. So glad that I was referred there.
I went in on 525 21 for a ultra sound on my thyroid. I did not catch the ladys name with curly red hair but she was great. She was very professional and on top of that very kind and understanding. I thank her for making a difficult time much better.
During these times of pandemic and high case numbers in this region I have been denied a virtual visit after being a patient for almost 11 years It is in my charts that I suffer from PTSD and Anxiety. Even though I have always gone to all my wellness checks had blood work done and no health issues I have been refused to be seen by Doctor Black who took over as my PC after Dr. Deshpande left. I only needed my Thyroid and depressionanxiety meds refilled and was still denied a virtual visit. I went for my bloodwork being assured that safety measures were in place only to discover no one was checking temps at the door and to a full waiting room When I called about this they said they had to stop taking temps at the door because there was not enough staff. This should validate my concerns but instead I was still told I had to come in person. Office manager did refill my meds but because of my bloodwork showing hypothyroid I was prescribed a higher dose of Synthroid. When I contacted my new physician Dr. Hagopian to let him know I was experiencing nausea headaches and fatigue which I believed was from my new meds and wanted to know what steps to take next. He again insisted that he would not treat me unless I came in person Its shame that because I want to stay safe and healthy I cant get medical treatment from this facility. I thought after being a patient for over 20 years I would receive better care. I am now hesitant to see any doctor during this pandemic because my anxiety wont allow me to handle the aggravation of wanting a telemedicine visit and wanting to stay safe. Leaving me no choice but to stop my meds and hope for the best. Seems like I care about myself more than these people do. Up until this year I have always had a good experience in fact exceptional until Dr. Deshpande left. Its a shame they have chosen to be so uncompassionate and not care about their patients health during these stressful times.
Had an appt at 240 and at 400 I still haven’t been seen on 111. Doctors do not value your time yet were the reason they make so much Hello you need your people. After going to the desk and explaining that I’ve been sitting there for a hour and a half almost clerk looking nonchalant and rarely unapologetic about my time informed that the doctor had been running behind all day. It would have been nice to been informed that from the beginning to give your patients an opportunity to choose if they want to sit or reschedule. People time do matter other than your doctors always keep that in mind and be upfront with me. No one wants to sit in the doctor office all day and I’m sure y’all don’t want to have same people looking in your face either especially due to Covid
Dr. Wiresing Black is my Doctor and she is wonderful. She addresses all concerns and ask questions very professional but still human Love her
I wanted to extend my thanks to Darren the Nuclear Cardiology Technologist who demonstrated caring patients and ultimate professionalism during my Nuclear Stress Test at CPC Central. I was extremely anxious and Darren went the extra mile to make me comfortable and see me through the test with no complications. It was a breeze.
Yesterday I came in for an annual checkup as a new patient. When I arrived I DID NOT have to wait in the lobby The nurse instructed me to come to the back because they had a room ready for me. The nurse who took my vitals was the sweetest and kindest person. I did not catch her name but she did an amazing job. Not too long after I was examined by Dr. Brandon Hagopian DO. He was very informative professional and caring. He took his time and explained everything I needed to know. I absolutely did not feel rushed or ignored. If you are looking for an excellent healthcare provider I highly recommend Dr. Hagopian. As for the rest of the CPC physicians nurses and staff I thank you all for an amazing visit and I look forward to my next checkup CPC IS THE WAY TO GO

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
