The ABSOLUTE WORST doctor I’ve ever experienced!!! Wouldn’t send my worst enemy there! No empathy, Doesn’t even give you a chance to talk. Please, if you value your health seek another physician!!!!!!!

they didn't take the time to answer my questions, she told me to Google it . I left with really no information. The nurse also seemed like she had no experience with taking blood. They had to double stick my son everytime . They stuck his finger twice, they also gave him 3 shots , an attempted to take blood but while the needle was already in she could not find his vein . She asked to repeat the process i told her no .

I have 3 kids. Twin 2 yr old girls and 11yr old son. My aunt told me about Dr. Pilcher office. Her two daughters went there but are over the age of 21 now. I am so thankful for them. Anytime my kids have needed to be seen they find a way to make sure they are seen that day if it's an important appointment if not like the next day. The staff and all the Drs. are amazing there. The inside of the office is very nice as well. My kids will be going here until the age that they change over to a regular primary dr. I have never had a bad experience.

No. Oh my goodness. He was such an amazing doctor in my childhood. He was my doctor since I was a baby. I will always cherish and love you for your willingness and your love of practice for medicine. I could not thank you enough. RIP. Love Candace Higdon

The BEST pediatric place around!!! My 3 kids will always call this place home when it comes to health care, the staff is fabulous and I just loved the late Dr. Pilcher and love his Wife Pam. You won't be disappointed here with their down to earth and loving care!

I feel as though I lost a part of my family. How can you not feel something for a person you trusted with the wellbeing of your children for 21 years. Sometimes I would bring him there not only for medical, but let him talk to my son if I had problems with him. My son and I respected him for all he was to our family. We often referred others to him. My heart is broken, but from memories of him, I smile. Love and miss you. God Bless.

Dr. Pilcher was my daughter's pediatrician since the day she was born. He was a wonderful doctor and my daughter adored him. She's now 18 and we were planning on keeping him until she turned 21. Rest in peace, Dr. Pilcher. You will be missed. We will keep Pam, your girls and the rest of your family in our thoughts and prayers.

We love Dr. Pilcher and his staff! We will never switch pediatricians! Dr. Pilcher is the absolute best and our son adores him!

First off let me say that Dr. Pilcher himself is a great pediatrician. HOWEVER, it is rare that you actually get an appointment with him. The staff isn't very well trained and aren't very welcoming. I say they aren't well trained because two different people at this office passed my daughter on a hearing test when she is completely deaf in her left ear, which in turn kept us from getting a referral to an ENT doctor. After returning to them and telling them my daughter still couldn't hear they did another test and said that she seemed to have some hearing loss in her right ear. I knew this wasn't true, but just said fine just please refer us to an ENT doctor. Once we finally got in there they couldn't believe that these people missed such an obvious test result.
