Very friendly staff. Everyone was well trained, and knowledgeable. Dr. Marks has taken care of three generations of my family, and we are all very happy with the care.

Outstanding office experienced. Very organized visit. Staff are caring and efficient. Dr. Marks was willing to take as much time as necessary to answer all questions and explain procedures. I appreciated the high level of caring and competence from front desk to techs to physician to billing staff.

I have been his patient since he began practicing in August’s. He is the best! He is very knowledgeable, skilled and caring.

I think Dr. Marks is a good doctor; however, some of his staff is the worst I've ever dealt with; does not return phone calls, billing errors, etc. I've been calling billing clerk since July 2020, left 4 messages, wrote one letter and still no reply.

Great Doctor but incompetent staff; they don't return telephone calls; incorrect billings, etc.

Trying very hard to schedule an appointment after having to cancel my regular appt due to illness on that day. Need to refill prescription for contacts and stated my next appt would not be until February 2020. Have been a patient for 20 + years and very disappointed in customer service from staff to follow thru and return my calls. I know it’s not an emergency, but would still like to be seen as soon as possible.

I have had three appointments canceled because of staff turnover. I was not given a new appointment for the last cancellation. I have been a patient for a number of years and feel that this sort of treatment is pathetic.

Dr. Marks has been my ophthalmologist for many years, He did my cataract surgery, and I would never go anywhere else. He is an excellent surgeon and he and his staff have been there for me and my family whenever we have had a problem. I have recommended him to many friends and they have all have favorable experiences

Dr. Marks is an exceptional physician and has been my eye doctor since he first came to Augusta in 1990. He cared for my Mom for many years before she passed away and was always so kind and caring toward her answering all of her questions and doing special research into some of the complicated eye issues that she had. Our family really appreciated the extra efforts that he made for her. The staff in Dr. Mark's office is always helpful and friendly and the office environment is just wonderful Dr. Marks has excellent credentials as an ophthalmologist and he always takes time to answer my questions. I trust him implicitly and appreciate his candor and the time he takes to make sure I understand questions. I have to travel some distance to see Dr. Marks now but in my opinion, it is well worth the effort.
