I genuinely hope that their surgeon is waaaaayyyyy better than their triage, scheduling and and administrative teams. How I’ve been treated since I came in for my consult has been abysmal. I’ve been trying to get this surgery going since late January, early February. I was not given a phone number to contact my triage nurse or the triage at all. I wasn’t told who to contact for…anything. Anyone I did get a hold of would either transfer me or help me and then tell me it’s not their job, and that I should be taking to someone else….without telling me how to contact this person. My surgery is on Monday. No one bothered to tell me when to show up, where to go, any instructions beyond what the anesthesia team told me. I literally just got a call about a half hour before 5pm on a Friday night giving me this information…after I called everyone and their brother to get this information. I’d been trying to get this information for a week. Literally no response from my triage nurse, and anyone I’ve contacted transferred me to someone else or told me that’s not their job and good luck, basically. I’m really disappointed with this place. I had hope that they could actually help me, and almost every time I’ve interacted with someone here, I’ve cried. You guys do know the patients coming here are going through enough. We don’t need to go to a medical Institution and be treated like we are the problem and that giving us thorough and timely information is such an inconvenience to your staff. Or worse, they give us nothing at all. I’ve been pretty nice to everyone I’ve spoken with. There was no reason to treat me that way.
This place normally receives a 5 star. Excellent care and quick in and out. Actual IV services and labs are top notch. Dr. Sportz was amazing but he has retired. Make sure if you and your doctor are not seeing eye to eye to request a new doctor. Dr Kutlar is the worst. Id give negative stars. Ive had him 3 visits to not go over my medical history, questions, nor followup w proper labs. He will be replaced. Dr Sportz saved my life an was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend all but Dr Kutlar.

One department doesn't know what the other dep are doing. Unorganized
Waiting to checkout was longer than my appointment. One checkout person when there should be 2. When I pulled my number they were on 87. My number is 5. Wtf is wrong with this picture. Do better!!!!
The services are remarkable and the staff is filled with compassion.
I am happy with the dr.office but not with the financial Dept. They really need to let there patients know about insurance reason a week before the patient needs surgery. My surgery was put of until June 13th instead of May 23rd. Not very happy the lady I talked to was very rude and not understanding. She could have been more understanding. Does not have good pr.
The staff is amazing! However I wish someone would explain the hypocrisy with their mask policy. We, family members and patients, are required to have our temperature checked and wear a mask before preceding to the check in desk. Here is the typical hypocrisy of AU, Dr. Coule being the main hypocrite. As I sat at check out with my wife, a unit from Gold Cross brought in a patient through the front door. No mask and no temperature check. The last time I checked these guys are in and out of medical facilities all day and around environments that are not exactly healthy. Your administration is nothing but clueless and hypocrites especially the one mentioned before. Anything to keep y’all going is the tremendous staff that you have of nurses, doctors, and people who work at the front desk. If I was writing the doctors and nurses separately I would give them a 10. However when you got idiots make an administrative decisions like this such as Dr. Coule, can’t give anything above a three
Just like well almost the same exact issues as one of your other reviews. Wait time and my doctor not wanting to come in to see me.. she did come in last time only because there was an issue which I do appreciate it and I do love my daughter. But I have never sat there less than 3 hours first time I went there I waited for over 3 hours before I was even seen and I heard them out in the hall talking about sending me home like I was late I showed up right on time. Actually would have been early but your parking deck that's a whole nother issue it is scary and nowhere to park and then you get stuck at the top with nowhere to turn around. I dread coming there I have one more appointment and it is tomorrow and I'm scared to death I'm scared of the the parking deck I dread the wait. Again I love my doctor I think she's one of the best. But wow that wait time is awful. God bless you all
I went back for a check up and dr Shueneman went on to tell me he only makes me aware of cancer and I don't have it and I should go see my general ph. After one year of tests, with several doctors, I have been told I have bone cancer exactly where I showed the Dr I was having pain. I feel this dr should get a grip on reality and inform people, who may be scared, about the condition they are in. I would never recommend that a scared, hurting, and unsure patient ever submit themselves to this type of treatment during hard times.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
