If I would give zero stars I would. I have been going to Jodi Krueger for 15 years. Well, I got hit pretty hard with Covid, I called to get some medicines prescribed and it was a fight. I NEVER received a call from her checking on me. I also asked them to send in the paper work for the antibody infusion...they said they did, but I suffered all weekend only to find out Monday they never sent it in ( but that time it was past the window frame). She just showed how uncaring she is for a long time patient! I guess because she was not getting that office visit Monday it is not worth it. I now need up in the hospital with Covid pnemonia, which I feel could have been avoided had she car d and helped me out!! avoided

I was disappointed about this first visit. I arrived on time for my appoinment. I waited for one hour and 5 minutes in the lobby, just to learn that the woman waiting next to me had an appoinment too....before mine.

Dr krueger takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. You dont feel like just a number. She listens to you and your concerns.

Dr. Krueger refused to take thorough notes and remembers nothing. Her staff are horrible and lie. She refused to give my child a prescription that actually helped my toddler.

I went to Jodi Krueger a few times. Got prescriptions for smoking cessation and OCD that haven’t worked and weren’t covered at first. I spoke w/ her about two other issues I was having and she never addressed them. I told her twice, and left with nothing. Not even a talk to figure out where these issues stem from. Therefore, I am not pleased at her services. I also never received results for my last blood work. I guess no news is good news, but still...

I’m new to the area and am needing to find a General Practitioner in the Augusta area. I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was told I had to come into the office, FILL OUT AN APPLICATION so that Dr. Krueger could ‘look it over’, then decide IF I CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It is positively ludicrous that a person needs to APPLY to be seen by a physician!
