Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Pain was very well controlled and after two days at home I stopped taking pain medication. I was off walker in 2-3days and cain in 1-2 days. Very pleased with results.

Dr John Franklin is a very nice and friendly person. When I’m in his office he answers my questions and listens to my concerns gives me the best medical advice for my situation plus the different activities he thinks that would aid in my pain to promote good health for my joints. I very glad that I have him as one of my doctors.

My experience with Dr.John H.Franklin he is a very professional Doctor.Not only his knowledge is mind blowing but also his way he treats his patients.He is very kind, friendly, he cares and he is very gentle. I have not one Question what was not answered ever. And I was seen in his office yesterday with very bad pain. He saw me and helped me not just that he gave me words of hope, encouragement the treatment was gentle! It was already late but you would never know. You are never rushed he is just a Doctor with a great wonderful heart who is there for his patients. Dr. Franklin has a gift given to him not only to be a great surgeon but also to have a great heart for his patients. May God bless you for the help you give us patients every day. Thank you for your kind help with my horrible pain I am so so much better today. 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also want to say Thank you to Mrs. Rachel she was so dedicated and so driven to get a mistake from my primary Doctor corrected. And she did it ! I was not able for over a month to get it fixt. Mrs. Rachel is a very smart and thinks out of the box,she is dedicated to the office and the patient.Just love her for the way she is focusing on each patients needs.
