Dr Kelly Norman is a born healer. I have multi level disc bulges and see her at least once a week for an adjustment. Before I found Dr Norman I was in constant and severe chronic pain for over 5 years at the age of 29. I had tried over 10 different practitioners and modalities with no relief. My pain was affecting not only my physical health, but my mental state.I believe it is no understatement to say that Dr Norman is helping me to get my life back. Her treatment is catered specifically to my needs and has my spine in a healthier place than it has been in years.Kelly is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to helping her patients heal. Dr Norman's calm demeanor, intuitive nature and flexible approach to treatments leave me feeling cared for and confident that I am in the best of hands.I would recommend Back in Balance and Dr Kelly Norman to anyone who is feeling hopeless. YOU CAN HEAL, it IS possible! And for me, I know that it is possible with Dr Norman as my Chiropractor.Thank you to Back in Balance and Dr Norman for providing me with pain relief, hope, and top of the line, chiropractic care.

Dr. Normal is very down to earth and friendly yet completely professional. She listens to your needs and addresses them in a timely manner. She performed my c-section for my second child and my recovery was much better this time around.

She is very sweet and caring, but once you leave the office the staff will not follow up with you for days and make excuses for reasons you were not contacted

Dr. Norman is the best doctor ever! She is super nice and caring and spends plenty of time answering any question you may have. She has delivered both of my babies and they were both such wonderful exoeriences! Love her, all of the nurses and staff in the office and everybody I came in contact with during my stays at University. Highly recommend them all.

Dr. Norman is an excellent OB/GYN doctor...she is very knowledgeable of her field of practice and helped me with a bacteria infection I had...her treatment was successful and she also delivered my granddaughter in December 2010 at 29 weeks due to my daughters condition and she was amazing and my granddaughter weighed 3 lbs 2 oz. and is now a very smart 4 year old. Thanks Dr. Norman! I would not go to another OB/GYN...

Dr. Norman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only bad thing was the wait time. I arrived at 1245 for a 115 appt. It took nursing 30 mins to call me back just for a pregnancy test. After, I was ushered to another waiting room where I waited for 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I didnt leave the hospital until 4pm.

Began seeing her a couple years back for a non-pregnancy issue. Rec'd quick appointment, surgery date, etc. Continued with her for annual appointments and now pregnant. She has been amazing, understanding, patient, supportive, and a perfect match for my needs.
