On vacation, the last thing you want to do is go to an urgent care but we did. Thankfully we were staying right next to MedNow Washington Rd. and got there shortly after opening. They were incredibly fast, nice, efficient, and competent. We were called back in a quick manner and my girlfriend explained all the symptoms to the nurse. The Dr. came in shortly after and had obviously read the notes. He started the exam which was very thorough, and concluded with a diagnosis for which he called in two Rx for at the local Publix. He was very kind to us and had a great attitude and bedside manner. Very thankful for the prompt professionalism that got our vacation back on track as quickly as possible. Thank you to ALL of the staff there.

The main problem with this facility is the un-welcoming Nurses. The Nurse was the worst whom I ever seen in my life. She didn't want to listen, not to spend one minute to read any previous test you have. Looks very angry for no reason, and seems to have problems with certain people. She seems, some one who doesn't want to work or to treat certain people. The Physician was much more professional and nice. I will not visit them again

I came in with a sinus infection. The women at front desk were very nice. I was taken back within 20 mins and seen by the doctor within 15-20 mins as well. She was straight to the point and told me what I needed to do and what medications she was prescribing. Me snow has a great team. Keep up the good work!!! 👍🏼

Professional and friendly staff. Online check in process was easy and I was in and out quick.

I needed to get a rapid covid test done. I called them and they were very nice on the phone and I was able to come in right away. I signed in and got called back within 10 minutes. I was out within 20 more minutes. Very happy with the service and how nice everyone was. Thank you! You all deserve a free lunch :)

The staff was wonderful and a very clean and nice building. They deserve 5 stars and free lunch everyday

The front staff were friendly and professional. They put me in a room within 30 minutes to see a provider. Once in the exam room, I waited over an hour for the provider to come in. You should never put patients in an exam room if they aren’t ready to be seen. I will never come back here again!!

Okay...I don't normally do this even though I am a google guide. This was my first visit to MedNOW (Washington Road) the Doctors, staff, and nurses were absolutely amazing. The office staff in amazing and kind in the way the handle the volume of patients and calls.First I must say, the office is efficient. BUT VERY BUSY. Best thing to do is to register online ahead of time for a time slot AND fill out the paperwork--it is to your advantage. I did this and my visit was smooth as silk.I had a very odd situation, I needed an pre-employment exam that was very extensive and out of the ordinary.The PRICE IS RIGHT!!!I have had a similar battery of test (not as extensive) at a private doctor in Florida , I paid approximately the SAME price for the office visit and then paid individually for each individual test—the total was $1765! This is was a fraction of the cost.If you have insurance they take it BUT if you do not have insurance, they can give you a straight forward cost with NO hidden fees. And they are very honest about what services/test you may or may not need. This is not a money pit, they want to take care of your needs/help you & send you on your way as quickly as possible.These test were for an employment screening, but I was impressed because as far as my general health is concerned , very comprehensive, gave me feedback/ advice about general health. Medical Director is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. Very through in filling out a large amount of unusual paperwork and completing medical certification .I had an EKG/ECG and the nurse was very skilled, explained everything and efficient. Same nurse did my blood draws/urine specimins. She did not have to stick me 900 times (I have small veins and usually end up with a lot of bruising). She explained how each of the samples would be used and processed.MedNow does a large number of test/screenings in house with FAST results, one test I required needed to be sent out to a lab and took a few days,gave me updates, provided a copy paper work, and called to keep me informed. If you are taking a drug test—take any Rx meds or OTC drugs with you so they can document them.I returned to pick up results, they double checked everything to make sure I had what I needed, very impressive considering the office is crazy busy and the phone is constantly ringing.Office is WONDERFUL and immaculately clean. Ample parking, waiting area has enough seating to socially distance if necessary. (Bring a mask).They offer free bottle water if you need to "fill up" for urine specimen.My advice to make your visit efficient (I work, so time is of the essence!) 1) REGISTER IN ADVANCE on their website a day or two before or same day.. to schedule a time slot—you can also secure a spot the same day. 2) if you need to walk-in---evenings are good, they are open lateI cannot recommend this office enough! I wish I could make this my normal doctor’s office. I was so happy with the level of professionalism and skill. I will be back forr non-urgent concerns. No other office in town was able to do the battery of test for me. Either I needed to go to multiple offices—or it would take a month or 2 to get all of the results. 6 stars—highly recommend!!!!
