Very rude front desk staff. No sense of Customer service. I waited 40+mins past my appointment and I when I asked the front desk girl giggled like it was funny. People have jobs and things to get back to no reason to waste people time. This is my last appointment at this location I will make sure LHI schedules me somewhere else for my military appointments.

It’s a run of the mill urgent care. Nothing special. It probably soaked my insurance for the short consultation with the “doctor”. She told me what I already knew and then OTC allergy medicine was “prescribed”. Their BP cuff was way too small as well and gave an inaccurate reading on my wrist but they considered it to be the be all end all definitive result. You can go there if you want to but I’ll take my chances and business elsewhere.

Was charged 125.00 of hard earned money and all the PA did was press down on my abdomen and send me to the ER. 125.00 for absolutely nothing.

Front desk was very rude. I had to call the Washington Rd location due to Peach Orchard Rd location trying to deny my 11 year old daughter service. We was also told that she could not be tested for covid which I knew was wrong and thats even with her having symptoms . I would not recommend this location to anyone that is in need of urgent attention. I would advised a different location or just a different facility all together...They need new professions if they do not like their job..

To my girl there aerly 9amyesterday she explained in detail how she has been hurting head for 2 months now and the doctor didnt care enough to even get her bp and I had to go back toPick up discharge papers at 430and wait for scripts tillshe the Dr. Gift of to type them up. We asked for lyrics dicharge notes before we had left.

First and last time going here. Parking is ridiculous. When you enter you have to figure out on your own that its a electronic sign in. Desk staff not going to greet you and say sign in. You have to be standing there a few mintues before they say sign in. Dont understand why you sign in electronically sit for about thirty mintues to a hour before they call you to fill out paperwork. Why not give the paper work when signing in I will not give all negative comments. The place is clean some of the desk staff very friendly. Nurse and doctor friendly. Hopefully they will fully staffed soon.
